Absolutely Awful Sales and Service! Hands down the WORST dealership I've ever been to! Overpriced vehicles and the salesmen don't even act like they want to sell a vehicle. But that's not even the worst-- the service department has been giving me trouble for over a year. I bought my car in March of 2015. It was pre owned and had a couple of cosmetic issues, one being on the drivers side trim. They promised to repair the issues and said I would get a rental because I have no other vehicle. Three months later I still hadn't heard from them about fixing the due bills so I called yet again and they said they had no proof of a due bill on my vehicle. I was holding my copy in my hand. Weeks later and countless phone calls and I finally got them to find the paperwork. I had to bring the car in twice just to get them to look at the car and order parts. A month later the parts finally came in but I'm military and I left for training for a month. When I got back I was informed that they don't give rentals and it's up to me to pay for a rental for two or more days so that they could fix my car. Meanwhile the Sync stereo system started malfunctioning and so did the air conditioning system and they told me my bumper to bumper warranty wouldn't cover them troubleshooting the issue. They said I would have to pay for a rental or I had the option to wait until my fiancé went out of town to use his car. Now that the damaged piece broke off and scraped the side of my car they're saying it's my fault for not giving them the chance to fix it. I'm military and I'm GONE for months out of the year! It was promised to me that the issue would be fixed within a month of purchase. More

unprofessional boss I called this morning and ask for a quote on some air shocks for my 99 Grand Am and was told straight off the bat over $400 mind you my car's all so I I called this morning and ask for a quote on some air shocks for my 99 Grand Am and was told straight off the bat over $400 mind you my car's all so I didn't I want to go expensive as I told him so the quote was over $400 I said I think we can do better than that so he did go and got phone some more prices and which I was just in there Tuesday and on another occasion so I was under the impression with California geo said they were a good place to do business very friendly and everything until I talk this morning to the boss and after talking to him about I could go online and find the shocks are a lot cheaper he decided okay yeah oh well I can get them 1288 dollars each I said well that's great and he went to tell me about the price of the labor $150 I thought that was what kind of high considering all you had to do was take a torch and burn the old ones are so after his voice change from me being a customer to his dog well this is the way it's going to be I said maybe I should've talked to feel he says I feel boss gives the price that I say so okay click hung up in my face then give me a chance to respond at all VoIP Austin I thought he was very unprofessional so this is the this is why I'm giving this rating thank you I do believe that if I was someone else things would have went totally different I am i African American and when I spend my hard earned money with someone I expect the same courtesy as anyone else thank you have a blessed day More
We purchased a used vehicle that was not completely inspected or they tried to hide issues with the vehicle. We are happy with the product but the vehicle should have been better detailed and properly repaired so that the customer feels good about spending te money for that vehicle. More
