Recently made a purchase from Keller Bros. Had been looking for a vehicle for well over four months. With the used car market at a premium, the search has been challenging. Lots of shady operations out there making this all the more frustrating. Came across a used Tacoma at KB. Researched the reviews and history of the dealership as it would be a 2.5 hour trip west. Reviews were far better than average. We rolled the dice as the vehicle appeared to be in great condition and JJ’s response to an online inquiry was within minutes. Arriving was a step back in time. The dealership still operating out of the original 1930’s location with a true automotive country feel. Certainly not the used car mart located on the average town corner. JJ was very accommodating and had the vehicle inside and ready for inspection. The vehicle was as described and in very good condition. Test drove and found a small leak at the transfer case. The service department put it on the lift, found the source, repaired, road tested again, and put it on the lift to be sure it was resolved. The buying experience was seamless. We drove the vehicle 2.5 hours home and realized there were some issues with the front brakes. I contacted JJ and he had the manager reach back out to me the following day to discuss. I took the vehicle to a local dealership where it was repaired. Keller Brothers reimbursed us for close to $1k worth of repairs, standing behind their satisfaction promise. The efforts extended by this dealership are exceptional. I won’t be purchasing another vehicle in my life time before checking KB first. Absolutely amazing people and service. Kudos to the entire team at Keller Brothers. You have set and held the standard for the American car buying experience. More
