He even went as far as to send extra pics and a video of the car running! General Manager, Kristen K., made the paperwork process stress free and kept me informed every step of the way. She even contacted me as the trucking company was picking up my car! Matt and Kristen made this deal a breeze and even though I am located over 900 miles away I would purchase another vehicle from them in a heartbeat! Thanks again! More

not satisfied I bought a used truck and just a few days after the mileage warranty ended, I had 4 separate things go wrong. Between 2 different mechanics I spent $2700 in repairs in 8 months. When I finally asked if Keith's would compensate me in any way, he simply told me my (2 different) mechanics were over-charging me for parts or labor and that I should have come to him. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT THEY WORK ON THE CARS THEY SELL. Additionally, I had to buy my own user manual, a second key, floor mats, and the cruise control tab was just hanging from the steering wheel column, but I didn't bother to get that fixed (would have cost another $300). I have previously owned 12 other used vehicles and have NEVER had these kinds of issues. More

Rip offs!!!! Me and my husband were ripped off by Keith's Auto Sales in December 2016. They wouldnt honor the 30 day warranty that was on the truck as it was havin Me and my husband were ripped off by Keith's Auto Sales in December 2016. They wouldnt honor the 30 day warranty that was on the truck as it was having severe problems - we purchased and were still within the miles/days of the warranty. We bought a 2002 Dodge Ram for $4,000 above suggested retail and we knew at that point we had been GREATLY taken advantage of! After doing more research, we found out that Keith's Auto Sales didn't sign or have us sign the "BUYER'S GUIDE", which is the "as is" or "warranty " document. Because they didnt sign or nor did we, we found out by the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION that this voided the entire car deal and the dealership can be fined $40,000 for each incident! Thank God they didnt have us signed it, we handed them the keys back legally as this missing document is Federal mandatory! The FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION STATES "If there is a signature block for a customer, it needs to be filled out and signed. If not, the entire contract is void". If you have problems with Keith's Auto Sales, check your paperwork! More
