We visited the showroom and everyone was friendly. We met Pamela who show us the car we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable and patient as she explained all the options available. After we decided to definitely buy the car, we sat down and the figures were within our budget. She truly seemed excited for us as we signed on the 'dotted lines'. When we were ready to leave the lot in our new RED Prius, she sat and very patiently answered all our questions and helped us through all the technology now available in our new car. Being elderly, we had to ask some questions more than once due to our ignorance of the computer age. She never raised her voice or acted like she was in a hurry for us to drive off the lot. Jackie & Toya exceeded our requests for GPS & a better stereo. We are still figuring out all the features and extremely happy when we hear our song on the radio! This is my second car with Kieth first went great no problems with the deal or service over the years. Well on this one they kept calling me about trading in my old car and how they would give me a grea problems with the deal or service over the years. AS everyone knows there are no great deals when you deal with a car lot new or used, but because of the first car I figured they would treat me right.
