Very satisfied with service and people, everyone involved was extremely nice both before and after the sale. I purchaed a 2013 Honda and traded it in for my 2014 Camry. Due to my unhappiness with the Honda, it could not compare to a Toytota. Night and day difference. Jack was a wonderful sales person that rea Camry. Due to my unhappiness with the Honda, it could not compare to a Toytota. Night and day difference. Jack was a wonderful sales person that really made me feel comfortable and helped me all the way through the purchase. It was quite painfull knowing of the loss I would be taking but the thought of paying for something I was not happy with was worse. The staff at Keith Pierson are all wonderful employee's that respect and have nothing but praise for working at the dealership. I purchased my last car wich was a 1999 Camry and all I can say is I should have known better. When you find something that works, you should stick with it, regardless of the cost. More

This is the third time buying from this dealership and the first 2 experiences were very good. And this transaction is as much our fault as the dealership but in hindsight, I believe this transaction was the first 2 experiences were very good. And this transaction is as much our fault as the dealership but in hindsight, I believe this transaction was the typical "car salesman" syndrome. I was ill so my husband went to trade on a used vehicle and had pictures from the website of what we wanted. Had 2 vehicles to trade but one was "upside down" so we couldn't buy a new vehicle and would only trade one vehicle. BUT the salesman only worked with the new vehicle that he had shown my husband - never went to used vehicles as originally requested. A transaction was worked up and I went in the next day (Saturday) to sign papers. The finance manager kept telling me "your husband has signed most of these so just need your signature" as they were shoved in front of me. I was still not feeling well and since had previous good experiences with this dealership and my husband had gone over the paperwork, I didn't ask many questions. The manager kept telling us how he was the quickest in processing paperwork so that's why he was so busy and closed most of their sales. He briefly went over the financial information with my husband saying how the numbers were a "little" different from the day before but all worked out. The next morning when I looked at the papers, I was astonished at the numbers and we had bought a car that we could not pay for - payments were almost $400 per month more than we could afford and the salesman was told in the beginning the monthly payment amount we could afford - this is the same salesman we had purchased 2 vehicles from so we thought we could still trust and believe in him. Again, we did sign the papers and when we called the salesman Sunday morning, he said the papers could be pulled Monday morning and we could basically start over - that this type of confusion/situation sometimes happened so not a problem. But was told on Monday morning that papers were put through Saturday and since the bank now owned the car, the dealership could do nothing. So we now have a new vehicle that we cannot afford which will repo since upside down in value and can't trade. When I talked to the finance manager about the repo situation, he told me to just drive the vehicle until the bank came to pick it up! So my feeling is that we were rushed into buying a new vehicle when we were looking for a used vehicle and I was not given much information at all about the purchase since my husband had already signed the papers; and since the end of the month/end of the year, I truly believe the paperwork was rushed through to get the sale. Therefore, the "car salesman" syndrome of beware when buying a vehicle because they will sell you what they can was in effect for this sale. We take responsibility for signing the papers and we will "take the hit" and damage our credit but I will never buy another vehicle from Keith Pierson Toyota; I thought we were good customers and would not be taken advantage of the way we were. Keith Pierson is out of town but I was told by the salesman that Mr. Pierson would call me as soon as he got back but there wasn't anything he could do either . . . but he would ask him to call! Keith Pierson Toyota will definitely not be recommended to someone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
DO NOT SELL OR BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have had two bad experiences with this dealership!!!! First was about 6 mths ago when I went in to buy a used 4runner I saw online. They told me it was fully chec bad experiences with this dealership!!!! First was about 6 mths ago when I went in to buy a used 4runner I saw online. They told me it was fully checked and a safe vehicle for my family. After looking over the car I noticed the pin stripping was missing on the driver side door. The salesman and I then noticed the car had been wrecked on the left side. They denied they knew it was damaged. I almost bought that SUV. Glad I didn't now. I fell sorry for the person that did buy the 2011 black 4runner limited edition. Your car has been wrecked. Today I receive a call from a Adam saying he would purchase my 2008 Tundra crewmax near my asking price if I was to bring it in for them to look at. He said if it was as clean as it looked online they would buy it from me. He stated that customers had been in looking for my exact truck. I live an hour and a half away and this is my day off to spend with my family, I decided to once again trust the dealership. SHAME ON ME!!!! I drove an hour and a half in the rain to find out they were going to low ball me below the actual trade in value for my vehicle. This was $7,000 less than I was asking for my vehicle. If he would've been upfront with me on the phone I could have saved myself 4 hours and the gas money. My truck is in mint condition buy the way. No reason for the low ball. Clean car fax and never even smoked in. More
