We were her first buyers, Last week My husband and I came in for a service on his 2013 Toyota Tacoma. When I seen Toya Jones with other customers . I told my husband that On his Birthday Toya Jones called him and wished him a Happy Birthday." He was surpised !!! YOU JUST DON'T GET KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ANY WHERE". Now, that I think about it she called us through the year to see how my husband liked his trucks. anyways, Last week I see Toya Jones with customers and while my our Truck was being serviced. We were looking around for another car cause I was thinking about trading in my 2011 Camry So we waited for awhile and Toya Jones walked by and I talked to her for a while and we talked about numbers and what car I was thinking about and the payments i would like to have . So At that time we could only look. you know how it is Keith with kids!! So a Couple of days pasted and toya Jones called us with a beautiful Silver 2014 Carmy with a Moomroof.. Oh My Gosh Love It.. Truthfully Keith we drove Toya Jones crazy. I mean we are hard to please. but she was patience and calm and. She is so Good and know her stuff. I'm so greatful and satify with the customer service you all display at Toyota Pierson that's why we keep coming back. Thank you Toya Jones and Keith Pierson. I love my Rave 4 2014 but my two kids love the touch screen on the radio and they are always touching it...
