Jackie was extremely friendly and catered to my needs, even bought me a Coke a Cola. Jackie is very outgoing and "in charge" which made me feel very comfortable, safe, and at home. She got me the best deal possible as close to my budget as she could. The only thing that could've made the experience any better would have been to meet Keith himself. (Maybe next time...) My 4-runner was running badly & I live in Keystone Heights and wanted to try Keith Pierson for the repair we were quoted just short of $1100.00 for misc. work not related to the running badly problem. We were told that a rental would be furnished while our problem was investigated. After a few days we were called and told they had narrowed the problem to fuel injectors (3) and they would be $800.00. Upon leaving my 4-runner on March 19 I had printed a coupon from the Keith Pierson web site on my computer. I asked James if they would accept same, he said yes. On March 26 we were called on the phone and told to pick our 4-runner up. Upon arrival we were presented with a bill for $2337.63 we were shocked but put it on our credit card and left. On the way home while waiting for my wife to run errands I had a chance to give the 3 sheet print out bill a good look and discovered that we were charged $125.00 for the rental & in the discount space provided there was none. My wife called James immediately and was told that the car rental & discount had been given by reducing the charges on labor and would not show on the bill.(there is a special line on the last page that could have shown a discount had there been one) Now, how would a non mechanic know what the labor charges should be and were they reduced? I do not resent paying for repairs but I feel the billing was handled badly and I certainly will not be using Keith Pierson service again. We may be old but we are not stupid. I went to Keith Pierson to buy a new vehicle. After seeing their commercials all the time telling that they have the best inventory and the best customer service, I found out that they don't have eithe seeing their commercials all the time telling that they have the best inventory and the best customer service, I found out that they don't have either. They didn't have any inventory of the vehicle I was looking for. They told me they had more coming in about a month or so but couldn't tell me anything about the vehicles they had on order like color, engine size, automatic or manual, price, etc. They told me they had some used vehicles and I told them I was only interested in new vehicles. They wasted so much time before even telling me they didn't have any inventory on hand. They asked me for all my personal information twice, they asked me if I wanted to finance the vehicle, and they told me about their lifetime warranty, etc...all of which seems to be wasting a customer's time when you don't even have a vehicle on your lot to buy. Ever since my visit, the saleman is calling me every day telling me to come in and check out their new inventory, even after knowing that they don't have any vehicles like I'm looking for coming in for another month. I was at Keith Pierson Toyota for over an hour and I got nothing but the run around. They wouldn't be upfront and just tell me they didn't have what I was looking for. Even after telling them I was only interested in new vehicles, they tried to talking me into buying a vehicle that was three years old. I ended up going to a dealership on the other side of town, and in less than the time I spent at Keith Pierson, they had put me into a brand new vehicle just like I was looking for. My advice to Keith Pierson would be to spend less time making commercials and spend more time getting some inventory and training your employees to be honest and upfront with your customers. More
