Not only did the Keith Pierson service department fix it for free but they gave me a great deal on my new car. I met miss Jackie when I was looking for scion tcs. She showed me my options and tried to Taylor them to my needs the best she possibly could. After figuring out they just weren't doable for me she introduced me to my new car. A 14 Corolla s, stick shift. Not only did Jackie get the numbers that I wanted, but she didn't pressure me. She made me feel like I was one of her close friends and catered to my every need. I told Jackie I had to be at work in 2 hours so she made the deal happen in 1 hour. She even ran everywhere she went just to insure that I made it out on time. Every time I go back to the dealership for something she recognizes me and always checks on how I'm doing. She's, by far the best and friendliest saleswoman I've ever met. I would encourage anyone who is skeptical about buying a new car to go to Keith Pierson and see her! More

But, after sweet-talking me into it, we both went and met with Sales Associate Darryl Carter, Sr. I have always disliked all the pressure and hype from car dealerships, but our experience was so far removed from that. Darryl was professional and yet he had a great sense of humor; he answered all our of questions honestly and was never pushy. Another thing I noticed while we were there was that everyone in the dealership seemed to really enjoy being at work. There was no sense of the cut-throat competiveness that has been so pervasive at other places. We also had exceptional service from Bridget in financing. Bottom line, we love our Highlander and we really enjoyed the Kieth Pierson experience. More

Truly Exceptional Jackie, our sales associate, was truly exceptional. My husband was extremely impressed with Jackie's knowledge of the Highlander and of her descriptions and explanations of the the vehicle. Our meeting with Lance in the finance department was another exceptional experience. The financing was handled very efficiently, smoothly and professionally. John immediately answered all of my concerns, and John and Chris both helped me find the truck that I wanted. John was very knowledgeable as with Chris, and made our experience with Keith Pierson Toyota such a fantastic experience, that my wife and I will always recommend this dealership to our friends and family. John even came to our home after work to finalize some documents (unbelievable, as I have never seen this kind of treatment from any dealer). John and Chris were fantastic to the end and gave everything they had to ensure my wife and I were taken care of properly, and that the transaction went smoothly. John was the best sales person I could have ever asked for (Outstanding, friendly and never pushed. Always knowledgeable and treated us like royalty). Chris Jordan your Finance Manager knew the numbers, and made everything fit very nicely in our negotiations. Very friendly gentleman and our concerns were his top priority. Chris ensured that we were happy with the outcome, ensured that we were protected, ensured we got what we wanted and ensured the contract process was painless. Chris was absolutely fantastic.
