Everyone I worked with at Keith Pierson Toyota were far more than just dedicated to serving the customer, more like DETERMINED. My salesman, Darryl Carter and the rest of the team (financial and customer service, forgive me, I have forgotten their names) went above and beyond to make my MAJOR purchase a comfortable experience. Including bringing myself and my son some bottled water and offering to standby if CPR was required (I had not bought a car since the purchase of my then brand new 1997 Geo Prizm almost 12 years ago. I was excited, thrilled and scared to death all at once ... lol). After the deal was finalized, all I's dotted and T's crossed, it was far after their 9pm closing time. Being as how I had driven myself to the dealership and just bought a new 2009 Corolla LE, we had the issue of getting both my cars home. So Darryl drove his truck, a CSR Rep. drove my car, both following me in my new Corolla to my driveway. THIS was definitely what I would call excellent Customer Service !! I do hope that my future dealings with their service department are as smooth and virtually painless, especially since I bought all the warranty packages. Trust me, I WILL let you know. More
We bought a used vehicle from Kieth Pierson and we were disappointed with the entire experience. They will not let you take the vehicle off of the lot to have a mechanic check it out because they have a " disappointed with the entire experience. They will not let you take the vehicle off of the lot to have a mechanic check it out because they have a "top notch" mechanical staff that checks out every car and if you dont trust Kieth Piersons name then dont buy a car here. Needless to say, we took his word that the car had been checked out and it cost us a total break job and a power steering pump. Either would have been diagnosed with one mechanics checkup prior to buying it. When I contacted the used car manager he told me he would fix it at their cost, great right,WRONG.. his special price was $50 higher than normal pricing at three other Honda dealers. They will not stand behind their vehicles. Do not buy one unless they let you have it checked out. More
I bought a toyota tundra made the deal on my terms. with a payment I liked and intrest rate I liked. I was told it was approved by bank because I live over an hour away and my wife was due to have our child a payment I liked and intrest rate I liked. I was told it was approved by bank because I live over an hour away and my wife was due to have our child any time recived a call later on in the week saying the bank rejected it on my terms but another bank approved it the same term. they would not work with me in any way with paper work had to take off work and drive an hour there or they would charge me $250 to come to me with paper work. After arriving there they lied about the terms the payment went up 100 a month and intrest rate went up 1.5 percent. They would not give me time to get my bank to finance it (whom I just bought a car through with a price of 25000 and rate of 4.99% better then the dealer) I had to do their deal or they were keeping the truck keep in mind I had to drive there because my wife is 10 months pregnet and can not drive so now I was stuck here an hour from home with my other vehicle at home du to their lie. I also put money down and they said ther are keeping it because I did not fill the truck back up and I put over 100 miles on the truck now they have $1000 of my money and I have to get an attorney to get it back. I have fought with this dealership time and time again and cannot get my money I would not wish my worst enemy go to this place do not use KEITH PEIRSON TOYOTA SCAM ALERT ccheck NADA some vehicles are 5000 over kelly watch out people More

We had been checking out the Prius for a few months and decided to have a look at one. As it happened they had a 2005 in stock with only 19,000+ miles on it. I like to finance my vehicles through the Vystar credit union and the dealer was able to handle that as well. So we drove away on the same day with exactly the vehicle we had been talking about buying. So hats off to Kieth Pierson and his compentent staff. We have had our vehicles serviced here as lonf as we have owned them and have seldom been disappointed. More

I recently purchased my 4th Vehicle from Keith Pierson toyota. I live in VA and flew to Jacksonville because I have always been treated so fairly at this dealership. I was so excited to get the amazing deal I did on my Sequoia. The staff was amazing, they fed my daughter and I at the cafe while our paperwork was being completed. I had done my homework prior to my purchase, I knew my credit worthiness, what we wanted to pay and what we wanted our payments to look like. When we sat down in the Finance department I was shocked to find out that my vehicle was going to cost me $2000 less than we had originally talked about. This lowered my monthly payments and sent me out the door calling everyone I know, singing the praises of this dealership. Since I purchased my new vehicle I have referred 3 people that also live in VA to purchase their next vehicle from Kieth Pierson Toyota. More

Everyone from the Salesperson (Donald Wyche) to the Sales Manager (Karen Van Horne) was a pleasure to work with. The last vehicle we purchased was for our daughter and Keith Pierson personally introduced himself and his wife to us. They both were extremely nice and thanked us for our business. It's nice to deal with a family owned business like Keith Pierson Toyota. You can actually put a face with the name and know that they are there if needed, and appreciate your business unlike corporate run dealerships. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a new vehicle or servicing a vehicle, to go to Keith Pierson Toyota. I also like the service department being open 7 days a week because of the convenience. My overall experience at this dealership has been a GREAT one. More
Where do I start? Me dad and i went to Toyota and Kieth Peirson lot on Nov 16. i wanted a new truck. I had already allowed them to do all the "numbers" and Jason K, had me ready to go in this truck that i literally fell in love with. I signed all the papers with the intention of paying $2000 down and $526 a month for 72 months with 0% interest. I got off the lot in this truck and switched plates from my car and drove it for 6 whole awesome days, I got a phone call on Friday Nov 21st asking for paystubs and to come in that night for Im not sure what exactly. i worked late and live around 30 minutes away from there and so i did not make it there till Saturday after work before my plans for the evening. this is the fun part. . . I get to the lot and ask for the one who called me in which was a finance manager named Brady who in turn handed me off to the horrible Jason Cornell who laughingly came in and said "I have good news and Bad which one do you want?" I quickly found out that both items of news were not the best of times for me. One was to pay up another $2000 and then not even get payments in the amount set in the sales contract and the other was to give back my truck that i drove for 6 days with already a filled up gas tank by me. I didn't want any other truck and I surely cant pay more money or higher payments. I of course got very emotional and called up for reinforcements who informed me to let them have the keys and get my old car back. I ask for my car and my down payment and neither were availible. I ended up leaving in tears and without my money, my old car or the new truck. The sales man jason Keye was great and drove my car all the way to my place but forgot the lisence plate and my registration and left the car seat to my 3year old in the truck. Now its Monday and my family has already posted a BBB claim and My mom personally talked to Kieth and his second in commmand and they were very concerned in how that horrible Jason Cornell treated me and so they were debating a possible huge loss on their faulty number running mistake and their inconsiderate way of treating me. My mother left with the feeling that we may get our justice in all the mess that occured that last Saturday and so we went thru our day of work and then Charles called her to tell her that because we had primarily called the BBB that they were retaliating and would not be giving me the truck with the contracted sales amount on the contract that is in my possession. We double checked to make sure Charles stated he said that he was retaliating against me only on the fact to warn others we went to the BBB before coming to Kieth directly. I now have my license plate and my check for the down payment but I will never buy from this lot. They are liars, they manipulated me and they are breaking a contract that stated there was a period of finance work but 6 days is not a "few" as the contract so vividly states. I was pleased with Jason Keye but the Jason Cornell chased away a lot of sales for this dealership. More
