My visit to Keith Pierson Toyota was primarily to look at the inventory of mid-range SUV's to compare them with other brands I had seen. Stan Bolton was my assigned salesperson.I found him to be very knowle the inventory of mid-range SUV's to compare them with other brands I had seen. Stan Bolton was my assigned salesperson.I found him to be very knowledgeable and cordial, without the "highpressure" I anticipated. After finding out what I was shopping for, Stan quickly found the perfect vehicle to meet my needs (an '08 4Runner Limited with part-time 4 wheel drive, towing packsge and other items I wanted) without attempting to steer me to more expensive vehicles. I didn't need to shop further. Stan then helped me get the deal I wanted through the sales managers. The finance department was also very helpful in explaining their programs while leaving the choice up to me. Stan continued to stay in touch with me after the sale to make sure some follow-up service needs were fully met. My overall experience thus far has been very pleasant I highly recommend Keith Pierson Toyota. More
The experience was good, although it took a while to get a price more in line with other dealers with similar used vehicles. They eventually got to a price I could live with, yet I believe I could have rece a price more in line with other dealers with similar used vehicles. They eventually got to a price I could live with, yet I believe I could have received a better deal if I would have held out longer or left the dealership. I guess that is what negotiation is all about. As for the after sale service, the dealership promised to put new tires on the vehicle, clean the carpet and replace a cab lamp and cupholder after the purchase (items were put on a work order). They did all items in the work oder in a timely and professional manner two days later. They did not play any games in this area as I have seen from other dealerships I dealt with in the past. I was a little surprised to find out after closing the deal that the only key that came with the vehicle was a valet key (did not have the electronic key or keyfob). But, the dealership made good on this and provided an electronic key and keyfob at no cost to me. As for financing and final sales paperwork, I was surprised to discover a $599 fee added to the vehicle for cleaning and preparing the used vehicle for resale. My bad. I would never have paid this fee if I had seen it and read the papers more carefully. I didn't finance the vehicle, so I have no comment on the financing process. Overall, the experience was a good one, albeit a typical one that takes a long time. I would highly recommend this dealership to others. I have purchased three vehicles from Keith Pierson Toyota. Like any dealership or brand of vehicle, it is possible to have problems after the purchase. Yet, Keith has continued to recieve my loyalty because every time I had an issue with either the vehicle or the service department, he made good on it. For instance, once when getting some service done, a technician accidentally chipped the paint on my truck. I noticed this right away when I was about to leave the dealership. Keith had them send the vehicle to AutoCrafters for a professional repair (approx $600) based on my word even though the tech swore he didn't do the damage. On another occasion I had a rubber strip around the wheel well that kept coming off. Keith order the service department to send the vehicle to AutoCrafters since, after the third try, he believed his techs were not doing it correctly. Rubber strips haven't fallen off since. I also had them, without any fuss, come out and clean my driveway after an oil change that was not properly cleaned (oil got on ball joints from a sloppy change and dripped in my driveway). There are other incidents that I will not take the time to discuss where the vehicle (Toyota's problem) or the service department (Keith's problem) had a problem. But, each time Keith made good on it. The moral of the story is if you aren't happy, ask for Keith and he will make it right. More
Mr. Pierson, I have to let you know that your salesman Henry Ohayon is the most professional and polite individuals I have ever dealt with while purchasing a new vehicle. Top Notch, courteous and a genuine troubleshooter for understanding what the customer needs are. His congenial personality coupled with his knowledge of toyota vehicles sets him apart from his peers. If I were you I would keep a close eye on this individual. If I was in your shoes I would be grooming him for managerial positions. Your business would certaintly prosper. He definitely informed both my wife and I of toyotas commitment to customer satisfaction. All in all we ended up buying two vehicles. Many thanks, my hat is off to you and your staff. More
I took my 2004 Celica in for general maintenance four months ago. I always took it to Keith Pierson for service and Doug always looked after my car. It is the best service department I ever dealt with. months ago. I always took it to Keith Pierson for service and Doug always looked after my car. It is the best service department I ever dealt with. As I drove in the service bay that day, Jack Walker met me at my car. He started a general conversation about purchasing a new vehicle. So, I dropped the car off with Doug and then met with Jack. He worked the deal from every aspect to get me in a new car with the terms that I wanted. He was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly with lots of personality. I would definitely recommend Keith Pierson Toyota for SALES and SERVICE. More
I bought my 2008 highlander at this dealership in late 2008. I went there because they were recommended by Cosco's car buying program. I had to negotiate a lot with the sales manager a lot, but he was O 2008. I went there because they were recommended by Cosco's car buying program. I had to negotiate a lot with the sales manager a lot, but he was OK. But Rick (the sales person I dealt with) was outstanding. He ran back and forth and worked very hard to accomodate us, and was not aggressive. He also was very friendly, courteous, and helpful before and after the sale. The rest of the sales personnel at the dealership were also OK. I had to take the car back for a couple of follow-up services, andound that the service personnel were also pretty OK. So far, I am satsified with the dealership and will continue to do business as long as they keep it up. More
The customer service at Keith Pierson Toyota was probably the best out of all the dealerships I've gone to. All the workers were very hospitable and they were definetly helpful for me on deciding what car i the best out of all the dealerships I've gone to. I went to the Keith Pierson with the intention of looking at left over Tundras. Toyota was offering 0% financing so that was intriguing as well. The 08 selection was somewhat limited, but my salesman, Jack W at left over Tundras. Toyota was offering 0% financing so that was intriguing as well. The 08 selection was somewhat limited, but my salesman, Jack Walker, was super helpful and knowledgeable. He works for the dealer but really makes you feel like he works for you. I spent several hours in there until he was able to get me a deal done and I couldn't be happier. Go see Jack Walker at Keith Pierson Toyota, great guy and he'll do all he can to get you a good deal. I came into the dealership not really planning to buy the car that I did, but left very satisfied with a gently used car. Dealerships can be very stressful, but between the great building with a snack bar, car that I did, but left very satisfied with a gently used car. Dealerships can be very stressful, but between the great building with a snack bar, great seating and the friendly sales people it was very easy. I would most definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Stan Bolton for a salesperson. I found Stan to be very knowledgable and helped me find exactly the type of car that I was looking for. More
I purchased a 2009 Highlander from Alan on 13MAR2009 and it was a GREAT experience. I came in and asked for a Highlander (basic) and did not get sold a RAV4!! I got EXACTLY what I asked for, although the it was a GREAT experience. I came in and asked for a Highlander (basic) and did not get sold a RAV4!! I got EXACTLY what I asked for, although the time there spent was quite a while, the experience was still GREAT! Alan got me into a VERY NICE Highlander, and he even picked out a GREAT color!(when I got home with it my kids wanted to just sit in it). I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or go into payments I could not afford. When my husband and I finalized the deal with James, he was just as friendly and professional as Alan, he gave my husband and I time to discuss warranty package options alone and explained how we could save money. He even gave us Kudos on our credit track and if we keep up the same track we will have A1 scores, we both appreciated that. I will have two 18yr olds in 5 years and we will DEFINATELY be coming to Keith Peirson to see Alan again, if he's still there (I HOPE!!) Thanks for the Great Service Brandi Bryant Marc Salley More
I have been getting my cars serviced there since moving to jax in 2005 I have also been treated nice and taken care of to my satisfaction. So when I got ready to buy a new vehicle I went to this dealersh to jax in 2005 I have also been treated nice and taken care of to my satisfaction. So when I got ready to buy a new vehicle I went to this dealership. My sales person was very knowledgable in all aspects of my vehicle and my sale went smoothly. She took care of all my needs and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant. The only thing I didn't care for with this dealership was that they were open on Thanksgiving Day. I really feel that the 6 major holidays of the year should be spent with family. A persons family values tells alot about them. I am not blaming the dealership for this I want to be clear that the blame should fall on Toyota for allowing it. Good christain and family values is what this world needs more of today. I do plan on buying another new toyota towards the end of 2010 and I hope this young lady is still at this dealership because I would like to deal with her again. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinions. Denice Gatewood More
