I was not all impressed that my radio in a 3 week old vehicle went bad. I called for service and was greeted with a positive and friendly attitude. The appointment was made promptly. When arriving for my appointment, I was greeted with friendly smile and my vehicle was taken into the shop. When the radio was replaced and the vehicle returned to me, it was clean, and no damage noted during the work. Again, I was greeted with a friendly gesture. Donald Wyche was cheerful, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the toyota vehicles that I was interested in. It was a pleasure to deal with him. When looking for a vehicle I told sales person what price range I could afford.I was told that I had a deal but after I signed the paper work noticed that it was wrong. Told them I was not happy with it and tried to get it out of the deal at that time. They told me since my bank was closed that is was routine for them to have me sign the contract so that I could take the vehicle till monday when my bank opened. I was still not satisfied with that so Mr. Holloway wrote a note on an envelope and signed it and said that if my bank did not approve me for the loan I requested in my price range that I could bring the vehicle back with no strings attached(I still have the envelope). My bank could not get me in the price range I needed but a better interest rate then Kieth Pierson could give me. I then went back to the dealership and was told that. Was told that I could not get out of the contract that I had signed with the dealership. So in order for me to get a better interest rate I ended up having to go with my bank. I am in the U.S Navy and can get called to Iraq at any time and for them to have me sign a contract that I tried to get out of at that time I signed it is bad business. I had no problems with Mr. Whyche he was a great person to deal with and he was very helpful and respectful. Its when I got to the finace department when this happened. I know that nothing will come of this I just hope that somebody can talk to them so that they explain to someone else that purchases a vehicle what they are signing. I have learned my lesson and to make sure I read everything before I sign something. Thank You Michael Gallaway More
I took my truck in for repairs, my service dept rep (Ron) was combative and unreliable. He said he would call me to notify me of how long my special order parts would take to arrive. He did not. He said he would contact my insurance company to find out how payment would be made; he did not do this either. My insurance authorized repairs that were not done, Ron adamantly denied being able to do the repairs. I am baffled as to why he refused to have the repair done. I called to find out when my truck would be repaired, to learn it had been the repairs Ron authorized were already done; and my truck was just sitting at the dealership. I was not notified the truck was ready because payment from my insurance company has not arrived to the dealership. The rep had not bothered to contact the insurance company; if he had he would have learned that they had paid me directly. I am baffled that in this economy a dealership would employ a person who treats customers so poorly and refuses to have the work done that an insurance company has offered to pay for. More

When we decided to purchase one we decided after doing some research to get a 2009 Toyota Sienna. The vehicle we found on the online inventory was no longer there. Dimy Saint-Pierre recomended another Sienna in stock. The price was somewhat higher than expected. They worked with us to get a deal everone was happy with. Dimy was very friendly and courteous. He answered every question we had. We drove from the beaches to visit Keith Pearson Toyota. It was well worth the drive. Eveyone from Dimy Saint-Pierre, financing, and Butch Sumner seeing us off were very friendly. I would recomend Keith Pearson Toyota to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
The car I brought home is NOT the same car I test drove and agreed to purchase. It differs by a specific optional feature and I was advised by Rick that the feature can't be provided on the model I purchas and agreed to purchase. I asked Rick to show me proof by comparing the VIN numbers of the car I test drove vs. the car I bought and he wouldn't. The optional feature can be fitted to my model and was definitely on the model I test drove. I used it and commented to Reuben about it's convenience. I truly believe that they sold the car I was deciding on and pulled the wool over my head and thought they could get away with it. Don't get me wrong, the car I have is a solid, good car but, when you set your expectations on even the minutest things it turns the whole deal sour. I would rather have them admit to me that they sold the car I test drove and would hope I could make another choice than to handle things the way they did. All they can see is making the sale and it's somebody else's business after that. Times are hard but please do what's is morally and ethically correct..be truthful! More
We were involved in an accident and our vehicle was totaled. We have always considered Toyota our preferred brand and were lucky enough to have one close to our home. Reuben was very fluent with answering all of our questions regarding every vehicle we had interest in. We informed Reuben we were not in a hurry and intended to shop every option (dealership) that offerred vehicles that matched our profile. This process began in early October and I am happy to say that due primarily to Reuben but also due to the previous experiences with Toyota and the reputation of your dealership, we decided to make our purchase today. My wife and I went to Keith Pierson Toyota on Youngerman Cr. after finding some vehicles on their website we wanted to see in person. Upon arrival we were greeted by Dimy Saint-pierre who offered to answer Cr. after finding some vehicles on their website we wanted to see in person. Upon arrival we were greeted by Dimy Saint-pierre who offered to answer any questions and help in any way possible. He was not overbearing or pushy and explained the dealerships sales philosphy in detail. We test drove at least three different vehicles and consumed at least 5 hours of Dimy's time. He was positive, patient, knowledgeable, always with a great attitude and a smile on his face even though we were jumping around looking at quite a few vehicles. After finally deciding to pursue purchasing a 2009 Scion XB, we made an offer that included our trade in. Dimy presented to the sales manager, Rick Garcia. The original offer was considered, but we could not come to terms on that figure, but negotiated a price that we finally all agreed was fair. Our purchasing experience was painless and Dimy made it a great experience. The dealership was immaculate and the service area was the same. I would recommend anyone searching for a Toyota product (or pre-owned) to visit Keith Pierson and definitely ask for Dimy Saint-pierre! More
