As with most auto dealerships, the meet and greet associates were friendly. But, that does not sell cars. My sales associate is very knowledgable with the product she presents. We engaged not in courtesies but in factual discussions of the product I was most interested in; a most welcome exchange. Julie, realizing I was there to price a vehicle and not 'just looking', she presented me with a Keith Pierson Toyota (KPT) document that we both felt confident about (basically, how seriously I was about my visit). Once the item was chosen, (test drive, inspection, etc.) on with the usual back and forth offers. This part is most distasteful in my opinion. But, this was kept to a minimum. Once again, KPT was adept at situation awareness, Zed, as with most money managers, enters the picture and a more realistic approach to buying/selling negotiation was established. Zed is a good guy. The push and shove that is played was most enjoyable, I believe, by both parties. After all, I was there to buy, he to sell. I did a good job and as a result, so did Zed and Julie; I bought the car. Based on this experience with KPT, I look forward with our relationship. More
