I was disappointed to find out after the sale was complete that I had agreed to payments of $450.00 per month and the final figure I agreed to was 459.00 per month. Instead, the payment is now $556.00 dollars per month and that figure was mentioned only once during the closing. There was no attempt to explain why my payment jumped a hundred dollars after only adding the extended warranty. My mistake for missing this, but it won't happen again. Next time, I'll be back, but I'll deal with finance people I can trust. More

He knew his product and worked with us to detail the car with options. He was attentive and managed us well throughout the entire process. The only drawback from our experience was working with Dirk. I understand he is fairly new in his position but he shouldn't have been left to orchestrate closure on his own. This was a straight cash deal without trade-in. Couldn't have been simpler but we were tied up with him far too long. That is not to say he wasn't polite, but compared to the ease we had working with Don, it was surely a departure from the expedient service we received. More

This was not near our home but totally worth the drive and I will recommend my sales person and the dealership to others.
