My fiance and I had a great time and it was our best experience we ever had at a dealership. Mr. Carter was very helpful, allowed plenty of time to discuss, never pressured us at any time. He also walked us through the whole buying process, never once leaving us "stranded" or wondering what was discuss, never pressured us at any time. Mr. Pierson's store was very clean and organized. The lounge area was well kept, with plenty of choices for everyone to enjoy. The "Kid Zone" is an excellent idea to keep the kids entertained during the buying, selling, and repairs/maintenance of vehicles. Not many dealerships include the customers kids as Mr. Pierson does. Mr. Darryl Carter Sr. went above and beyond "Good" Customer Service.I have always loved my Toyota's ! I talked to Mr.Carter and within two hours, he presented me with a GREAT DEAL. I explained that I was working with a SHORT time frame, due to the fact that my daughter's car had been totaled, and she was coming Friday, April 30, from Charleston SC. My plan was to try to find something for me, so that I could give my daughter my other TOY. My 6 yr. old grand-daughter is a Cancer Survivor,and our RELAY FOR LIFE event that she is coming for starts at 5:00 on Friday night. He not only found me a car, but was so kind as to bring it to me. Because of all the things that I had going on for Relay I did not have time to make the trip to Jacksonville and back. He told me, that he would be happy to deliever it, I was speechless, and crying to beat the band. Everyone that I know, will now know about Mr. Darryl Carter Sr., and Keith Pierson Toyota. I will never be able to say how much I appreciate all that was done by Mr. Carter. He was wonderful, and deserves any REWARD that Toyota could possibly give him.
