Their whole sales approach on the other hand gives cars sales people a bad name. I wasted an hour and a half of my life there after researching cars on line. KPT had a car on their web site equipped exactly the way I wanted it and the exact color combination for $28,360 (with all MFG options-with all MFG handling fees on a base of $26,275). I gave the vin number to the sale person over the phone and said this is what I want. When I went there, I told them I may on may not trade my car in, but asked them to put a value on it if I did. As my car was being valued, the sales person had me look at the car she could sell me, a different color, the same mfg'ed equipment and an addenda sticker of $3K over the MSRP of $28360.00. Bait & Switch? Before she could give me a price on her vehicle or a value on my trade, I was handed a piece of paper to sign called a work sheet stating that if we were to come to a deal, I would obligate my self to do business that day-NO WAY! After being asked what I wanted my payment to be each month and telling them that my payment is not a consideration in the deal, but if I don't trade my car in, I would put $5K down. The sales rep come back with a price that is $4K over MSRP, a trade-in value that was on the very low value of Kelly Blue Book for my car and calculated payments along with putting the added $5K down along with my trade. Looking at the monthly payments, the loan had to be at a sub prime rate because they were $178.00/ month greater than I ended up with for the same term, but when when you spend $8K more for the very same car, that happens. There are three other Toyota dealers in Jax and I have purchased from two of them with minimal xx. Keith, I say this to you because the same comment from three different people which was; "Keith wants us to get more for our cars" and I can appreciate that, It just wont be from me. Went to Arlington Toyota later that day and bought the very same (yes, with the stuff on that $3K addenda sticker-for $988.00) car for a very reasonable good deal with more for my trade and worked of a price close to invoice and well below MSRP. They sell so many because they sell them for $8,000.00 less on the same car with the same options with a lot less xx. More

Car originally accepted was borderline "Lemon" with problems encounted with added "dealer options". Discovered while trying to get problems rectified that sales manager had lied to me reference "what was available as factory options". Went to Keith Pierson who "cut to the chase" and located and delivered the car we were originally trying to buy. I wouls like to state that the only problem I encountered during this purchase was the result of one rather young and apparently inexperienced sales manager. This in no way detracts from my long standing relationship with Keith Pierson Toyota of buying and having ALL my service done at his dealership. In the last 40 years I have dealt with many dealership and have never felt like I was "one of the family" until I started dealing with Keith Pierson. I honestly feel, and this incident proves it, that he really means if "you do not get excellent service to see Keith Pierson". In closing let me emphatic state that I see no reason to change my opinion that the only dealer I will ever deal with is anyone other than Keith Pierson Toyota. More
Donald was persistent, LOL, however that paid off in the long run. He was straight forward, informative and personable. I have absolutely no regrets, and everytime I see my vehicle I smile, happy that as a long run. He was straight forward, informative and personable. I went to many other dealerships in the same month as Keith Peirson. I have also bought 5 or 6 vehicles in my lifetime. However, I have never had such a wonderfully pleasant experience as I did at Keith Keith Peirson. I have also bought 5 or 6 vehicles in my lifetime. However, I have never had such a wonderfully pleasant experience as I did at Keith P. toyota. It was a lot of fun and I was very happy with every aspect of the sale. They definitely took care of me. I beleive I was very fortunate to get the best salesman on the floor. (Donald Wyche). I recommend all my friends and family to ask for him when they are looking for a vehicle. More
This is our second vehicle purchase from Keith Pierson. This is our second vehicle purchase from Keith Pierson. We tried out other car brands but came back for the quality of Toyota since we keep our car This is our second vehicle purchase from Keith Pierson. We tried out other car brands but came back for the quality of Toyota since we keep our cars 10 years! We also experience some sales people at other dealerships that we could not wait to get away from... When we first entered the show room, we were undecided what we wanted, but after hearing our comments, Darryl Carter said "I think you should consider the RAV4 Limited model". We test drove it and were totally surprised in its performance> I was able to sit up higher than our Camry and with the Limited edition, it had a heavy duty cooling system for towing a pop up camper we were thinking of getting. These two features made us both happy. in order to stay within our budget, Darryl worked it out by helping in the expense of our windows being tinted (Dr. order). This item/charge was not on the inventory sheet- By going the extra mile, Darryl made us happy and facilitated the sale- while cultivating a great relationship. I will go back to Darryl Carter Sr. and refer friends to him. Two other reasons for going to Keith Pierson Toyota??? 1. Jonathan McDowell and his friendly team of service advisors and mechanics can always take care of us- even on week ends. 2. The Lifetime Warranty on the drive train (remember we keep our vehicles for 10 years) More

Donald and staff made us feel like we were the most important people in their lives. Honestly, the courtesy, price handling, and helpfulness could not have been any better. I'd recommend everyone to go important people in their lives. Honestly, the courtesy, price handling, and helpfulness could not have been any better. I'd recommend everyone to go there and have the same wonderful experience. It was an honor that Keith himself took time to greet us and make sure our experience was complete. More
I recently purchased a new 2010 Corolla from Keith Pierson Toyota and qualified for the 0% financing. I was told that in order to receive the 0% financing, I could NOT negotiate the additional sticke Pierson Toyota and qualified for the 0% financing. I was told that in order to receive the 0% financing, I could NOT negotiate the additional sticker charges or the "A.D.M." of $2000 which the dealership added to the MSRP. After consulting with the actual financing company, I discovered that this is simply NOT TRUE. A.D.M is profit for the dealership and the special financing offer from Toyota Motor Co was exploited by Keith Pierson Toyota to avoid negotiating sale price. The financing terms and conditions were completely misrepresented by the dealership. I strongly advise anyone in the market for a new car to take his/her business to another dealership. Start by searching for a dealership that does not list "A.D.M." on the sticker. But if you do visit Pierson Toyota, do not bother "asking for Keith" as posted throughout the dealership...he will not be "available." More
