Have a 2012 that I took in for 5000 miles service which is rotate tires check fulids. My car has wheel locks and the key could not be fount. My wife and I contacted KPT about a used car. I had been to the dealership before and didn't like the "three ring circus" atmosphere. We told him firm that were weren't going to negotiate that way and told him what we wanted to pay for the car based on our own research. On the way there my wife and just knew it was going to be a difficult process. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Raphael who wrote down the price they would sell it for which was almost the price we quoted. We bought it, met with Bridget in finance,signed the paperwork,and drove off. No problems, no surprises no pressure. The reason why I our experience was this way was because we were PREPARED. We had pre-arranged financing, researched the vehicle we were purchasing and knew what we should be paying for the car. More

Recently my wife and I went to look at the Scion XB and see if it would be the car for us. We had no intention of buying immediatley but ended up doing just that. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Lionel Mann, a sales associate. Our experience with Lionel was an enjoyable experience to say the least. He was very knowledgeable and had very good active listening skills. He made our day out to look turn into a day of puchasing our new Scion XB. I would rate his knowledge and friendliness above average and do business with him in the future. He is an assest to Keith Pierson Toyota and would recommend him to my friends if they were in need of a car. More
Wholly molly! What a place where games are played. Employee's were friendly dealership is first class, but pricing? I explained what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. I had already negotiated a deal at another Toyota dealership, a few miles from KPT. I thought I would give them a shot at matching or beating my current deal and told them this upfront. Found a truck to meet my needs, but saw a dealer adder sticker that exploited the Mfg window sticker by over 5K! I asked the salesman what the deal with that was, he told me they do that so that people that are upside down in a current loan could be covered on pricing for financing. A sort of GAP coverage, but for purchasing not insurance. I was paying cash and owed nothing on my current vehicle, so it should not be an issue. Then came time for appraisal and the big GM to establish a price for me. WOW! These cats will try to take an unsuspecting person for a ride. I was offered 4000.00 less than wholesale on my current vehicle, which was only 1 year old and in pristine condition. Which was 5000.00 lower than 2 other dealers offered me for trade in. Well it is a numbers game and it is all about the bottom line, so we will look at bottom line price. There it was! No discount on the new vehicle and there was the 5000.00 dealer adder! I about flipped and started laughing. I told the sales Mgr that he needed to get off of the roller coaster ride and give me a true sales figure. He came back with the dealer adder and knocked off 3K. Now the new truck was only 2K over MSRP. How many unsuspecting persons have been ripped off by these crooks. I would recomend Toyota shutting these cat's down. Also fudge MSRP numbers to get people financed so they are even more upside down. Buyer beware! By the way, I did drive a few miles and bought the new truck for 2K under MSRP, no dealer adder, and got 5K more on my trade. I wouldnt waste my time at KPT and will never go back again, just laugh when i see the stupid commercials. More
