This was my first experience with Keith Pierson Toyota, and my first Toyota in over 30 years. After owning BMWs for the past 27 years and receiving subpar service by the local dealers, I decided to give T and my first Toyota in over 30 years. I was very impressed by the courteous service I received from the moment I entered the dealership. The sales associate, Daniel Brower, was very professional, friendly, and efficient with my time while at the dealer. He also covered EVERYTHING about the vehicle before, during, and after delivery. I was even assigned a service consultant and a team that will take care of my car during scheduled service. The financial/ final sales department was just as effective as the sales department. Daniel Conger covered all the necessary paperwork, to include all the extended warranties, and I never felt pressure to purchase or commit to anything. Overall, this was the best, haggle free, car buying experience since I purchased my first car 31 years ago. I feel comfortable recommending Keith Pierson Toyota to friends and family members because I know they will be well taken care of. More

I remembered the Keith Pierson Toyota dealership from my first purchase in 2005 when I purchased a Used 2003 Toyota Tacoma. The Tacoma handled the desert heat of Bahrain very well for the last 4 years with first purchase in 2005 when I purchased a Used 2003 Toyota Tacoma. The Tacoma handled the desert heat of Bahrain very well for the last 4 years with only the basic maintenance necessary. The Tacoma is still running well and will be shipped back to the states during my transfer later this summer. When I was ready to purchase a 2013 Prius, I returned to the dealership and selected a Barcelona Red with Dark Gray and a Solar sunroof upgrade. This was my first NEW vehicle purchase and I'm looking forward to the same longevity and service with the NEW Prius for many years to come. More

My daughter gave Jeana a call and asked her to help me with a deal on a highlander. Jeana was waiting for me at the door. I told her what I was looking for and she was on top of it right away. Went in for a 2013 scion tc. got a black one. although it isnt the exact scion i wanted..(missing the foglights). but its the only one they had for my configuration. i got 7200 for my truck which is exceptio isnt the exact scion i wanted..(missing the foglights). but its the only one they had for my configuration. i got 7200 for my truck which is exceptional in my eyes. but the only problem i still havent recieved anything about my first payment yet. im told ive been approved by toyota and that everything went through but i have yet to recieve anything from world omni (a in house financer for my toyota dealership.) im kinda worried if i dont get anything soon im going to have to give the car back. Dave was very patient with us when we first came to the dealership as we wanted to look at a few different cars.He showed us what we wanted to see and we went home to make our decision.We came back 2 days dealership as we wanted to look at a few different cars.He showed us what we wanted to see and we went home to make our decision.We came back 2 days later with our minds made up and ready to purchase.the negotiations went well and we were satisfied with the final price-through it all Dave was never abrasive or made us feel uncomfortable.while we were in finance we had minor emergency------our 7 year old grandson(who we care for after school) was let out of school early.Our old car was gone and our new care was not ready for us yet,so Bob called Dave and Dave drove us to the school to get him.Definately service above and beyond. I've been buying cars from Keith Pierson for a number of years and consistently use their service department. Recently I purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry (my fourth) and worked with Pamela Robinson who so of years and consistently use their service department. Recently I purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry (my fourth) and worked with Pamela Robinson who so kind and patient with me. I couldn't decide between two Toyota models nor the color and went to the dealership numerous times over a two or three week period. I think Pamela works 7 days per week as she was always there and ready to help me. She was very knowledgeable about the different models and their many features. I am so pleased with my new car.
