Our main sales associate was Jeana T. and she helped us look at the new 2013 Rav4, first car and only car we saw. My fiance instantly fell in love with it. We got a great price with Jeana and later sealed the deal. Keith Pierson Toyota is a great place for a new car. They are helpful, understanding, and very friendly. I have lived in Green Cove Springs for 18 years. I have seen all of the Keith Pierson Toyota advertisements and thought it all to be a bunch of hype. After dealing with the folks at Keith Pierson, I will shop nowhere else for a car. There was absolutely no pressure, no hounding. My salesman BRIAN JONES learned my price range, what kind of fuel mileage I was looking for and escorted me around to the vehicles he knew I would be interested in. His knowledge of every vehicle I looked at was uncanny. I will and have recommended Keith Pierson Toyota to my friends. I went into the dealership with a chip on my shoulder, ready to have to put up with a bunch of crap!! Brian quickly made that chip and my attitude go away. I have sent numerous friends to this dealership over the past 8 years because my next door neighbor works there and I know he will look out for them and get them a fair deal on a reliable vehicle. He is not a salesman, but always hooks them up with a good one. In this case, I was the one looking for a late model used truck. I never even saw him at the dealership, but the sales manager got me with a salesman, Daniel Brower, showed me the two year old Chevrolet trade in I was there to see. While on the lot I noticed a used Tundra that had just been taken in, not ready for sale. I asked to see it, checked it out, drove it, and liked it. I was offered a good deal on it, including a reasonable offer on my jeep I had been trying to sell. I felt like the sales manager, the salesman, the get ready people, and the service department all went over and above to make the truck right. Daniel in sales and Tom in service especially deserve recognition. Before now, I had always thought the Keith Pierson commercials on TV, with the happy, devoted buyers, bragging about having the best car buying experience of their lives were set up with paid off customers. I don't think that anymore. I'm now one of them, and will continue sending friends to the dealership. More

We are relatively new to Jacksonville; however, we are not new to Toyota. We were looking for a dealership in which we could build a relationship. I had taken my Scion for servicing to KP earlier in the not new to Toyota. We were looking for a dealership in which we could build a relationship. I had taken my Scion for servicing to KP earlier in the year and was very pleased with the service, so when we were faced with having to get a new car unexpectedly we looked to them first. We visited KP after work on a Friday afternoon and were greeted by an enthusiastic sales staff and they let us meander as we checked out the various models. Once we narrowed down our choice, we were assisted by an energetic and professional sales rep, Donald Wyche. We test drove the RAV4 and an offer was made by the dealership. Since it was a significant purchase, we wanted to just make sure that we liked the RAV 4 the best. Without pressuring us, Donald was accepting that we needed a little time. He held the car for us while we ruled out a couple of other choices. We returned the next day and drove it one more time and made a counter offer. We reached a mutually acceptable deal. During all the test driving and dealing, Donald was professional and fun. Our daughter dubbed him "Uncle Donald." The floor manager Dane, was also very professional and personable. Needless to say we have found our dealership in the Jacksonville area. Now our driveway holds a Highlander, Scion, and RAV4. When we have to get our next car, we will be calling Donald again! We are happy with the folks you have representing your company and with the cars we are driving. More

Buying the car was an easy process because there was the Costco prisce with no haggling.
