Initial Experience was Great. Downhill after that. Let me start by saying that I really love my new 2016 Hyundai Accent, and the initial experience at the dealership was awesome. However, there was som Let me start by saying that I really love my new 2016 Hyundai Accent, and the initial experience at the dealership was awesome. However, there was some miscommunication between myself and the sales person concerning the financing, and all though I will take some of the blame for that, I will assume all of it. Having said that, the dealership was eventually able to work out financing terms with the financing company that I could afford. A few days after I left I did have some questions concerning the registration on the new vehicle, and a statement that I believe was made by the salesperson, that my first oil change would be free. I contacted the salesperson on the phone number that was on the business card that he gave me, and it went to voicemail. I left a detailed voicemail with my questions and concerns, and never heard anything back. It has been a week and half since I purchased the car and about a week since I left the message. NO ONE FROM THE DEALERSHIP HAS CONTACTED ME. You would think that when I purchase a new vehicle from a dealership, they would call you at least by a week later just to see how you were liking the car. But, I have heard nothing. I found this quite unprofessional and tells me that once I drove off the lot, the dealership no longer cared about my satisfaction. Of course, this is just my opinion. The staff was very helpful and they were great at getting the financing, but their follow through sucks. More
