Quick The dealer was aggressive to sell the vehicle, which was expected. Paperwork took longer than expected. 3 contracts later I came in with two cars to trade in and I picked a car that I thought I could afford I wanted the 2015 sonada sport. Little did I know they added a s I came in with two cars to trade in and I picked a car that I thought I could afford I wanted the 2015 sonada sport. Little did I know they added a service plan that costed 3500 dollars without telling me and told me it was included so u could have had the car I wanted the first time for the price I wanted! So I got the Elantra sport hated it almost right away! I found the 3500 charge demanded them to take it off and I threatened to sue. They owned up to and redid the contract I also told them with that 3500 off I could get the car I really wanted and the refused even know they had a 3 day exchange policy if you didn't like your car and I was within that time frame. Then after the second contract to fix the 3500 add on they changed there minds and let me come back in and get the car I wanted with all the rebated plus extra and I spent over 20 hours there. The only person there that was awesome was my sales guy! But the management sucked! I won't ever go back. Read your contract they try and add all these extras and lie and say they are included for free More
