After owning a car for thirteen years, it was time for a new one. Dreading the experience - we were pleasantly surprised by what actually happened. Floyd, our salesperson, was so knowledgeable about the product line. He did not try to influence our purchase nor was overly aggressive. He answered every question thoroughly and more importantly - he listened to our needs. After test driving multiple vehicles - Floyd showed us a car not even on our radar - the 2016 Tucson. After test driving it - we were sold! We love our new car and the price fit within our budget - a double bonus!!
