Terrible business to work with. If they treat people in this fashion, I would definitely not do business with them. It probably was a blessing in disguise because they are not a trustworthy dealership. BUYER BEWARE! More
I really thought about not posting this as a review but I'll go ahead to save some people their time! My husband and I inquired about a Jeep Grand Cherokee, was contacted in a timely manner (which was great) We discussed doing an extended/overnight test drive on the phone because we were going to be paying this vehicle in full with cash, Austin had spoken to his manager and everyone was okay with it. My husband and I make the drive, we get there the manager comes and speaks with us, asking us why do we want an extended test drive. We explained everything and he said "So you're paying with cash?" We responded with "yes" he continued to say "okay I'll be right back" he had came back with a paper saying that "he has my pre-approval from a few lenders", in a VERY VERY RUDE tone, and continued to say in that tone "Why do you need a pre-approval if you're paying in cash?!" We explained everything as to why I was checking rates and getting pre-approvals. They let us take the vehicle for the test drive. Everything was fine until I was harassed ALL WEEKEND asking me if we're going to purchase the vehicle, I had stated "I'm not 100% sure yet, it is up to my husband and he's at work at the moment" Manager proceeded to ask the SAME QUESTION multiple more times, he was very rude and HUNG UP ON ME! My husband called him back, and he told my husband "thanks for wasting my d*amn time, I knew you weren't going to buy it anyways" WE INFACT WERE GOING TO BUY IT!!! My husband and I went to do the paperwork to take this vehicle home despite being disrespected. As SOON as we get there, this individual had came up to my husband and started speaking very VERY ugly words to my husband. My husband was then basically surrounded by the other employees as if they were going to assault him! We just gave them the keys back, and proceeded outside. As soon as we were outside the manager looked at me and said "I'm trying to NOT get fired" and I asked why, he stated "don't worry about it". I'm 99% sure that he was wanting to assault my husband. After multiple attempts to reach them and their sales manager Tim Henderson, I finally was able to get in touch with a sales rep who informed me the car we were negotiating on was sold the night before. I purchased a car from them and in less than 2 weeks the cars service engine light came on.I had it checked and its a major issue with the engine cooling system! I have only had the car 2 weeks!!!! I called Keith Hawthorne and the most they will do is look at it and make a call to the jeep warranty dept to see if its covered! How did it pass their inspection process?I believe they knew about the issue and covered it up to make a sale! do not trust a word that they say! they answer the reviews with some crap about call and talk to someone and we will resolve it ....actually they will at my expense! The experience was OK but not great. I didn't like that we were told they had 2 keys, then later said there was only one. That will end up costing us $250 or more to get a new key at another dealership. Al we were told they had 2 keys, then later said there was only one. That will end up costing us $250 or more to get a new key at another dealership. Also they forgot to transfer our tag to the new car and asked us to drive 100 mile (round trip) to pick it up. I asked them to send it overnight, but they refused. I will say our salesperson stepped up and met us some where so our drive was cut in half. I complained, and was contacted about the key and promised a call but I haven't heard back in 2 weeks so I'm not looking for a call or resolution. Similar to other reviews I read. The car seems OK but I feel customer service could use some work. More

Tough to find and seemed in good shape. I am at another dealership for service. In the questioning process they ran the carfax for me. Turns out it had damage to the front, both quarters, and the top. Hmmmm. Seems like plenty of damage. So I was outright lied to. Disappointed in the people. Still love my car. More

Bought a used Hyundai needed a couple things fixed was told they would order parts. Called several times went to dealership 3-4 times to inquire about it was told each time they would order it and finally told they would order parts. Appointments mean nothing to them So you call and make an appointment for your car to be serviced (oil change and tire rotation)a few days in advance. You arrive a little before your scheduled appointment and they say they will be right to you, no big deal there. It's when they aren't to you at your appointment time nor remotely close to your appointment time and say we will get to you as soon as we can over and over. It is now 3 hours after my "appointment" or lack of appointment apparently. My car is brand new, purchased from them, nothing wrong nothing needing attention just the simple task of the oil change and tire rotation? What's the use of making an appointment if they're unwilling to follow the times THEY SET as appointments. It burns me up to have just waited 3 hours for something that should have taken nowhere near that time, no apology, no nothing except they should be finishing up soon. The staff is nice, but apparently need the supervisors and managers to monitor what they are doing when people who have appointments and do come in early and wait for their appointment time to just be pushed off for a little longer than 2 hours before bringing your car back. Again I stress, WHAT IS THE POINT OF SETTING APPOINTMENTS IF THEY MEAN NOTHING TO YOUR COMPANY? Very dissatisfied with their organization and time utilization! If I didn't want to keep my car a certified ford, I would take my car to another place where appointments are priorities and walk ins wait until the scheduled appointments are fulfilled. Get with the program Keith Hawthorne Ford service center Belmont! The service team was nice but it was just excuses after excuses. You would think an appointment would be priority before anything else but apparently not there, they need to work on this! Only way I would recommend this place to anyone (service) would be for them to get their priorities in order. Keep in mind I bought my car here and they were wonderful during that process. This is the second time appointment for just a simple service has turned into an all Day fiasco there and both times appointments were in place! More
