I have already showed them the price and the guarantee and yes I wouild drive them there myself and have them speak to Robbie. Satisfied yes delighted! More
Probably one of the worst ford dealerships This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Ford dealership. The salesperson was great, he was the only reason I would give the dealership the time of day. The manager was rude and when we asked to talk to him made us wait over 2 hours and never did talk to us. More
Good buying experience Had been looking for a new 2017 F350, thinking since the 18’s we’re out I’d get a better deal. No one wanted to deal. Saw this truck had just posted on website, so I called. Spoke with Bobby the sales manager. He asked that I call when enroute and he would have it ready and waiting for a test drive. He also had a sailesperson, Suvilla, in wait for us. She was great. Very knowledgeable about the Truck and everything in it. Beat the deals I was getting on the 17’s. Guess what I drove to work today? More

Deceptive Dealership Selling Expensive Defective Vehicles Do not buy from this dealership. They sell high priced defective products and you will feel screwed after you leave the dealership. The vehicle i bought from Keith Hawthorne Ford was presented as fully inspected and certified with no defects... yet no one pointed out several major deficiencies.... They sold me a $26K truck that had gone through thorough inspection...yet shortly after leaving the lot we discovered that the front windshield was cracked in several places and the backup camera was broken and the USB charger was defective. I reported this to the dealership with no response from them.....very disappounting. Also....The buying experience was dismal. The term bait and switch comes to mind...I'm speaking of people I was dealing with and terms we had previously worked out. There was no accountability between the people that made the deal with on the phone and the people I dealt with when at the dealership. They acted like the terms we worked out on the phone did not exist. I feel strongly they tool advantage of the fact I had driven 2 hours to look/buy the truck. Don't do it. Brian Knotts More

I had some questions when arriving but laid it out-if they did not compare to another dealership I had an appointment with that day my business would be lost. Now there gentlemen made it clear from the start I would never leave without a great deal. I had heard this time and again as a continued buyer. Let me say-in a first time ever experience at this dealership I really did receive the best customer service ever-ever-ever..... I do customer service for my profession really understand the expectations set forth. I received expert kind assistance from Ben (sales manager) Tarion H. (the internet manager) and Chris Perry my chosen salesperson. I chose Chris because he very friendly down to earth nice person I enjoyed my entire visit. In another first Chris actually did take responsibility for my requirements he set aside time with Ben to negotiate my deal took care of detailing the car and set up times for me to return for a scratch repair. Ben gave me a really nice set of all weather car mats for me and Chris placed the order followed up to make sure they delivered and today placed them in my vehicle. I am ecstatic by this point....I returned gave a spare key to my trade as Mr. Tarion Hale kept me company as they reset a door code. I have never n all my years been so totally impressed with customer service, sales and really good deal. I only wished I had visited this dealership trades ago.... In special thanks to Ben for holding my % to our agreed amount despite pressure from finance to increase this number. I could go and on.......I highly recommend this group I wished I could post a picture of my beautiful new focus....... More
