I corrected techs on the proper way to rotate tires on a rwd, non-unidirectional tire vehicle. Was charged for 6 qts. of oil when this vehicle only calls for 5 qts. - I asked for the credit to be applied to my upcoming annual service and tire purchase for Marauder. Previous experiences here have been a comedy(?) of errors. Parts that didn't arrive because they weren't ordered. Rescheduled recall appointments because parts failed to arrive(?) or were given to another customer out of turn. New tires installed without replacing the 12yo valve stems. Someone passing gas inside of Marauder was adding insult to injury - Marauder had to return another day because the parts were never ordered to begin with. I will continue to work with them as their location is convenient to me. Upcoming annual service and state inspection for Marauder and Mustang - Marauder will be getting new tires through the dealership, as did Ranger and Mustang. One saving grace for this dealer is the wash/detail shop that accepts outside customers during slow periods. More

Service Manager said he would not support any warrenty on tires because I was 3,000 miles late on tire rotation. Hawthorne will do and say anything to get out of any warranty issue. Beware of getting any service at this dealership. Also you will have to wait “hours” to get informed - Hawthorne Ford is going to do nothing for you. More
Dishonest and Not to be Trusted I bought a used 2016 F350 that had performance issues. There was water in the tank and it cost me a ton of money to remove it and then I discoverd th I bought a used 2016 F350 that had performance issues. There was water in the tank and it cost me a ton of money to remove it and then I discoverd there had been modifications to the exhaust system that caused computer problems that also cost me to fix and they did not stand behind the sale. They even did not have a spare tire on the truck. I found that out the hard way. GM never returned my calls and they knew what was going on. No way would I ever recommend or go back to Keith Hawthorne Ford More
Can't be trusted I purchased my truck from Keith Hawthorne Ford April 2009 with a lifetime power train warranty. In November 2018 my transmission needed repairs. I too I purchased my truck from Keith Hawthorne Ford April 2009 with a lifetime power train warranty. In November 2018 my transmission needed repairs. I took the truck back in to Kieth Hawthorne Ford and it sat for over a week. I finally was told that the company whom the lifetime power train warranty is written through had declined the repair due to the warranty having been dropped. I was told by service writer that I would have to contact First Automotive for more information about the issue with the warranty. I made contact with First Automotive and found out that Kieth Hawthorne Ford had not only written 2 policies with the same contract number one being mine, they had also failed to pay First Automotive for my warranty. I paid Kieth Hawthorne Ford for the warranty yet they didn't pay First Automotive for it. That's stealing! So after having my truck sitting there, and me finding out about them being crooks and liars, the service manager makes a decision to tell me that my truck transmission isn't covered. Really??? You think??? Kieth Hawthorne Ford never paid for the warranty, why would it be covered. Yet the reason for the dealership denial.... conveniently lost records for my 65,000 mile service. Which was performed at Kieth Hawthorne Ford. Not because they stole my money for the warranty and never paid First Automotive for it! More

Although we had reservations about purchasing a vehicle, one of our least favorite things to do, Chris and Bobby Vaughn were able to make us feel comfortable throughout the purchasing process. Did have a small problem with the radio which Julio Quinones, one of the service managers had quickly taken care of. This left us feeling confident that Kieth Hawthorn Ford stands behind their customers. The big plus was being able to drive off of the lot within an half an hour after the handshake. We definitely recommend visiting Kieth Hawthorn Ford when looking to add a new vehicle to your family. Remember, always do as much homework as possible on any vehicle and dealership to avoid disappointments. More
I will never go back !!!!!!! I asked 3 times what my trade value was and got an excuse every time !!!!! never wanted to bargain on the chevy either just assumed that i would pay full price !! plus i said i would go through my own bank and not there credit but still continued to fill out the app with paying no regard to what i said with that said i was a loyal customer but i will never go back nor recommend this dealer to anyone nor return for any parts or oil changes ever i dont care if they gave me the other truck i wouldnt take it from them !!!! More
