Spent over $30k on a CPO truck. We also could barely open the rear center cup holder. I tell the sales guy, who was good to deal with buying, about the issue. He says call Rick in service. I ask both sales & service to make sure that they have the part, and I can get it fixed so I don't drive 30 minutes for nothing and have to make the drive again. This is where the chain of utter incompetence & entitlement starts.. - Service makes me drive down and of course has the brilliant revelation to order the part - Service promises to call me as early as 7 the next morning (Friday). No Call. - 10 days go by, I am on a biz trip....still no call. I text the sales guy. Says to call service. Even though the mouth breathers at Keith Hawthorne Ford Service never called me for 10 days - I call service, get put on hold, automated prompts, and finally a human...who tells me the service people are all busy and they'll call back. That's 3 days ago now. - I text the sales guy, tell him just send me the part. I'll figure out how to install it or take it somewhere not 30 minutes away that's full of self important service xxxxxxxxxx that are too busy to call back a brand new customer - that's 3 days ago, nothing from the sales guy. - I will now look for a part online & buy it....I have kids that rear seat is kind of important... More

The service department was rude to me but nice to a lady who just bought a new car. Thy did not do what requested while doing minimum and moving at a snail's pace. Terrible service when getting oil change. All i did was go for oil change and then he told me i need all new tires and needed rear brakes and might calipers when they look further into it. When i said no thanks i have my won mechanic he went into complete xxx mode. Did not want anything to do with me. When i asked how much longer until my oil change is complete(after hour and half already with appt) he said when its ready. Then when ready i get text stating its $119 i said first one is suppose to be free, he then rudly said then sign here and we are done with you!! Name was DIAZ!!! More
