I purchased a 2022 CPO Audi RS5 from Keith Hawthorne Ford and had it shipped across the country. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find the car in rough shape for a certified pre-owned vehicle and had it shipped across the country. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find the car in rough shape for a certified pre-owned vehicle — including brakes that were in bad condition and should have been replaced before sale. To make matters worse, they forgot to include my registration with the shipment, creating even more hassle. The dealership will not get back to me in any way. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience that I would not expect from a dealership selling CPO vehicles. More

Negotiated a deal online for my trade/ to purchase a new F250. When I got there the numbers were 1500 off. He tried to proceed to show me tax savings etc. I said if they fix it, I will deal so they sent ano F250. When I got there the numbers were 1500 off. He tried to proceed to show me tax savings etc. I said if they fix it, I will deal so they sent another manager over telling me “my truck needs brakes” this is going to cost me 1k. This is first time, I have ever had a dealership try to change up a deal. Don’t bother driving here from any distance. This dealership lost two sales of 80k trucks. More
