I purchased a 2022 CPO Audi RS5 from Keith Hawthorne Ford and had it shipped across the country. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find the car in rough shape for a certified pre-owned vehicle and had it shipped across the country. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find the car in rough shape for a certified pre-owned vehicle — including brakes that were in bad condition and should have been replaced before sale. To make matters worse, they forgot to include my registration with the shipment, creating even more hassle. The dealership will not get back to me in any way. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience that I would not expect from a dealership selling CPO vehicles. More
