Took my used 2004 chevy 2500 still under warranty to Keim for some warranty issues. I was told they could find nothing wrong with any issue except for the recalled tailgate cables. I arrived to demonstrate for some warranty issues. I was told they could find nothing wrong with any issue except for the recalled tailgate cables. I arrived to demonstrate all of the issues, even when the headliner fell back down after the service manager pushed it up, he slammed the door headed toward the building and said I should take it to where I bought it, maybe they'll address your issues. I was also told that it is a truck and that they have lots of components and moving parts ( I know thats why I bought used with only 14000 miles so that those parts would be covered). I followed him inside and he directed me to the desk for my paperwork. No more question asked. I have never been that disrespected by any dealer or individual in my life. More
