My first contact was with Ty in sales and he graciously accepted my deposit. The following Saturday I travelled almost 4 hours, one way, on my quest for the vehicle. On arrival, I met Anthony in sales who was fantastic. Personable, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with me, made sure I took advantage of any available discounts, and guided me through the process. Scott was also very helpful, demonstrating some of the advanced features on this brand new Camaro Convertible. Mike in the Finance department was also very kind and patient working out the actual numbers with me. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the overall buying experience at this business. Keim Chevrolet, under the direction of Mike Keim and Scott Smith along with the service department, went out of their way to diagnose and fix these issues in a matter of days. Not only did they fix these small issues but they provided a courtesy vehicle for my family of 5 to make the cross-country trip to Iowa to visit my wife’s extended family for Thanksgiving while our Traverse was in the shop over the holiday weekend.
