I recently purchased a 2020 Mazda 6 Sport from this dealership. After speaking with my sales rep about wanting Apple Car Play in my car, it took about a week for me to realize the Mazda 6 Sport is the dealership. After speaking with my sales rep about wanting Apple Car Play in my car, it took about a week for me to realize the Mazda 6 Sport is the only Mazda not equipped with CarPlay in the newer models. This sucks because I would've purchased a different, more expensive trim, of this vehicle if I had known. While in the dealership a week later, I actually spoke with the Sales and Part department on purchasing Apple CarPlay. They instructed me they had one left, however I COULD NOT come in over the weekend to get it installed. We set a appointment on Tuesday for install. 90m before my install, I was called to be told the part was sold, OVER the weekend, when I was specifically told I could not come in. Their weak excuse on how this happened was accompanied by "We have you on a list since this is on backorder, however we dont know when this part may arrive." The Mazda6 are being discontinued so I'm not holding my breath on them getting one part, they dont need. More
Been coming here for over 3 years. You’re always gonna pay more at a dealership than you would at an auto shop, but you get the greater guarantee that your car is gonna get consistent quality service (my pay more at a dealership than you would at an auto shop, but you get the greater guarantee that your car is gonna get consistent quality service (my car hasn’t had a single issue after over 40K driving miles while at Keffer Mazda). The manager Chris actually saved me from having to shell out $500 for a new key FOB. My FOB had a couple loose parts on the inside, and he spent about 10 min of his own time until he was able to fix it himself (which isn’t something that anyone at the dealership is paid or required to do). The waiting room has good wifi (I work remotely there sometimes) and free coffee/water/snacks. Before they come out to explain their recommended services to your vehicle, they text it all to you ahead of time, which I appreciate b/c it gives me more time to research the fees they charge and see if they’re reasonable compared to average industry prices (for most services, they are). All the employees there are professional and friendly. All in all, I plan on continuing to visit this place going forward. More
Very dissapointed in this dealership. My vehicle was stolen while in service. I reached out to the General Manager with our concerns. Our vehicle was located and then deemed a total loss. The GM requested that I take down any negative review post and gave me a loaner for 20 days until he had a chance to resolve the issue. He said that he had to contact his inurance company. It has been over two months since the incidende and he has not reach out to us. I have reached out to him via email and he has stopped communicating. The dealership assumed no liablity and no concession. Our vehicle is gone and the dealership continues in business as if nothing happend. I hope this never happens to you, beware. More
