Keffer Kia is very accommodating and friendly until you are past the point of no return, but after that do not count of them to continue as they first presented themselves. We did business with them as th are past the point of no return, but after that do not count of them to continue as they first presented themselves. We did business with them as they had the vehicle in which we were interested, but they left us with a bad taste. We wished we had continued looking rather than give them our business. This dealership mishandled paper work including sales tax calculation. We were out of state and paid to have the car driven to Georgia. We filled out the paper work and it took them over 4 weeks to return the documents. Next, I found the sales tax was completely miss-figured and so we had to provide over $400 in addition to our down payment that was not in our loan amount. The sales tax was really an odd number that did not match any kind of sales percentage for state or county. A professional dealership should know how to calculate sales tax. We were then held hostage concerning our tag until they got the money. After that it was still several weeks before we got the tag, almost 8 total weeks from the purchase date. I asked them to at least share half of the un-calculated sales tax since it was their error. They refused to share any of the burden. I feel if they can’t take responsibility for this, buyers should beware that there are probably other areas where they can't be counted to handle in a conscientious and fair manner. More
