Lance is an amazing Salesperson. We were not necessarily going to make a buying decision that day but due to his efficeincy and assistance we did so. He had wonderful access to Steven Miller and Steve became involved in making sure our comfort level was such that we decided to purchase that day. He coordinated the trade in for our existing vehicle and was prompt and honest in his interaction with us. Miles assisted with the orientation to the car when it was delivered to us and he was patient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He spent an amazing amount of time given that it was not his sale. He should be commended for this. Greg spent an undue amount to time to explain the warranty options to us so that we correctly arranged for long term planning and maintenance for our new car. He had the most challenging role of all and he never made us feel that we were a problem or were taking too much of his time. He is knowledageble and understanding. Without a doubt, the most professional and pleasant experience that we could have had. More

I live in Salisbury and there is a Kia dealership approx 4 miles from where I live. I normally do my shopping locally to support my city, but the selection that Keffer Kia in Mooresville had was well worth 4 miles from where I live. I normally do my shopping locally to support my city, but the selection that Keffer Kia in Mooresville had was well worth the 17 mile drive that I choose to take to make my purchase. Not only was I impressed with the selection that Keffer Kia of Mooresville had, but also the knowledge of their product that my salesman Ben Parker had. He answered all my questions without any hesitation and he did not come off as rehearsed. I went there with 1 car in my mind but ended up test driving 3 different models before choosing. Ben was very patient with my while I went back and forth several times about which model I wanted. There are so many great features that the Sorento, Sportage, and Optima have that it made choosing difficult. I ended up choosing the 2013 Kia Optima and love, love, love my choose. As a mother of 2 young children I loved the safety features that come standard on all of the models that Kia has to offer and that you don't sacrifice style for safety. I have been out of the car buying market for about 8 years and when I spoke with Manager, Chris Fann, I explained to him what I wanted in my vehicle and what I was willing to pay and he worked with me to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted and made my car purchasing experience a great one. Although my plans to purchase another vehicle wont be for a while, when the time comes around again, I will be returning to Keffer Kia of Mooresville. More

I picked up a problem with my Rio on Memorial day when I noticed the check engine light come on. I drove to Keffer Kia not knowing what to expect. Would they be open? Would they be able to check out the car noticed the check engine light come on. I drove to Keffer Kia not knowing what to expect. Would they be open? Would they be able to check out the car? On arrival I found them to be open. As alway Karri was on hand and immediately took the Rio to the shop to have it checked out. Soon, very soon she came back and reported what the problem was. On this day by the way Steve Capobianco was having a birthday. All patrons were treated to cake to celebfate. My problem was I was not able to drive the car any further for fear of possible damage to the engine. Karri to the rescue - I was given a car to drive till the Rio was fixed. Two days later the Rio was ready to roll. The price of the service was realy low and the efficiency with which everything was being handled was highly commendable. I was in and out on Memorial Day within an hour. Service of such high quality is greatly appreciated and does not o unnoticed. More

As I'd never purchased a new vehicle before, I was very nervous and skeptical. You hear all kinds of horror stories about dealerships,how buying a new car takes all day, the price negotiating is stressful nervous and skeptical. I had previously spoken to Eric Smith on the phone and upon arriving at the dealership for a test drive, he was unavailable. Miles Crovitz stepped in and walked me through my new car and took me out for the test drive. When we returned back to the dealership, Eric was available and Miles gave me the option of continuing on with Eric since I had already asked for him. That blew my husband and I away! We'd always thought car salesman were out for themselves and this clearly was not the case. When it came to price negotiating, Eric Smith and the team were exceptional in the fact that they cared about my wishes for a car payment and really pulled out all the stops to get me the payment I wanted. Financing with Chris Baas was effortless and very fast! Before leaving in my new vehicle, Eric made sure I had all questions answered and actually sat with me going over the manual and walking me through the specifics of operating my vehicle. Since I purchased my car, I have had the dealership contact me to make sure I'm not having any problems and that I am still happy with my purchase. I must say I definitely am!
