Today is April 17th and Keffer STILL has the auto and repairs are still NOT complete. Per the salesman I, the customer, should be grateful that they are even doing the repairs. That's right...he not only said that.. but put it in writing in an e mail. I would advise ALL to steer clear of this dealership. More

Visited your dealership last week. was greeted by Shawn Tate even though i had appointment with someone else. I was in the market for a 2012 Sorento 6 cyl. Told him I did not want a 4 cyl.
