I had a few bad experiences with this dealership after I purchased 2 new cars from Shaun Shore but Pierre Upshur and General Washington made it right! They didn't have anything to do with the purchase but P purchased 2 new cars from Shaun Shore but Pierre Upshur and General Washington made it right! They didn't have anything to do with the purchase but Pierre went out of his way and cared enough to do whatever it took to make this a good experience for me. As much as I never want to give business to Keffer again, as long as Pierre and General Washington are there, they can sale me a car any day! Their customer service superceeded the rudeness and neglect I received from Keffer. They saved Keffer a customer, future customers and a complaint. More
On 12/812 I was a keffer dodge for an oil change on my 08 300.While i was waiting for my car to be finished i started to look around the lot just to take note of the new 300's.So i saw brandon and we talked, 300.While i was waiting for my car to be finished i started to look around the lot just to take note of the new 300's.So i saw brandon and we talked,he showed me all the bells and whistles on the car and (I like what i saw).He went from front to back,to inside and outside of the new 300 showing every feature of the car.I think brandon went above and beyond the call of duty,he really did a great job in taking his time showing me the car.I think that he did a stellar job in representing you company and he also performed Ambassador Duty. The first words out of the Richard's mouth when he saw my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon were a threat to void my warranty because I had a 3" lift kit installed. My Jeep was in for it's first service repair for service for a cracked transmission cooler line that was defective. It was totally unrelated to the lift kit. They also charged me $150 to remove 2 aftermarket skid plates when only one had to be removed (3 bolts holding it on). The loaner car from Enterprise took a 1 hour wait before I was finally in the car also. I spoke with the service manager and he had nothing but excuses. No apologies. He was argumentative and condescending. More

I dropped off my 2010 Ram truck for the 30,000 mile I dropped off my 2010 Ram truck for the 30,000 mile service. I received 3 phone calls that day. The first time they called and said “We just reali I dropped off my 2010 Ram truck for the 30,000 mile service. I received 3 phone calls that day. The first time they called and said “We just realized that you have a 5.7 HEMI and you need all of the spark plugs replaced”, “ I told them again to do the whole 30,000 mile service”. Well a few hours later again another phone call “We just realized that your truck is a 4 X 4 and needs front end differential oil serviced”. Again “I said do the 30,000 mile service”. Finally around 5:00 PM The service dept called and said the truck was finished. I got there and asked about the high mount brake light. I had stated that the high mount brake light was out and had replacement bulbs in the truck and told them that it needed replaced when I first dropped off the truck. I would have replaced them my self but the light lens was glued to the body? Anyhow the service dept guy said it would be fixed. He returned later and said I did not have enough light bulbs? I had 2 bulbs in the package and he said it took 3? He returned later and said he was wrong and it only took 1. So I paid the bill and left. That was Saturday. I did not drive the truck again until Tuesday morning. That’s when I realized the A/C was not working. I dropped off the truck Wednesday @ 730 am and called about 0900 and talked to the service dept. I stopped by around 5:oo PM to pick up the truck, well before I got home the A/C was not working again. Again I dropped it off the next day and was told it needed a new part for the A/C and it would take 8 hours to fix. Friday I stopped by to get the truck and they did not start on it and it would not be ready to late Saturday? I asked why it was not started yet. The service dept stated that other vehicles were ahead of it? This was warranty work so it could wait>>>> More
