Service Department - Still waiting I noticed my car was Jeep was getting close to 30k miles so I came in mid-July for the 32k mile checkup listed in my Jeep's manual. I went on cars.com I noticed my car was Jeep was getting close to 30k miles so I came in mid-July for the 32k mile checkup listed in my Jeep's manual. I went on cars.com to get an idea of how much the service would cost. The site said anywhere between $215-$306. I told them in addition to what's listed in the 32k mile service schedule, I wanted a tire looked at (leaked air) and my brake pads checked because they squeal when I slow down. After my car was serviced, I was presented a bill for $750. I must have been in shock until I left the dealership because I didn't realize how badly I was ripped off. When I got home I called in asking about the price and someone in the service department explained that they forgot to reprice something, and they were going to refund me the difference of $120. I was very appreciative that they were able to do so however $630 for a 32k mile checkup STILL sounded pricey. I looked at the invoice and found out that the work that was done was the 64k mile checkup, not the 32k mile checkup I'd asked for. I was able to verify this with a 2 family friends, 1 whom owns a Jeep dealership back home and the other whom of which is the service manager at that same Jeep dealership. I was finally able to get a hold of one of the service managers and they said that they did the additional work because "you can't always go by what's in the book" because cars wear and tear differently in different environments so they went ahead and performed the other services. I completely understand that however NOBODY told me they were doing that work, and more importantly WHY they were doing that work. The work on the transmission listed in the 64k mile checkup is what cost so much more. The service manager acknowledged fault in how their service team handled my situation. Therefore I'd asked to be refunded for the work nobody told me about and finally after speaking with a service manager for a couple weeks they agreed to figure out the total and I'd be sent a check. It's now been over a week since speaking with/hearing from that service manager and I'm still out a few hundred bucks because of their lack of communication. I've never purchased a car from their sales department so I can't speak on the dealership as a WHOLE, but I'll never take my Jeep there for service again. Oh and my brakes are still squeaking... More

Choose Keffer because my wife and I purchased a new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them rather than our local dealer in Rockingham NC. So I assumed that they would take care of me in my extreme hour of need since we purchased from them in the past. See this all happened while I was visiting my father who is at Carolinas medical center hospital on a ventilator, boy was I wrong. They bill themselves as the family dealer this is total xx. They charged me over 225 dollars to remove two nuts and install the new 100 dollar line. I just feel like they took total advantage of and out of town guys misfortune. I know I was at their mercy so I had no choice but to pay it and I did but when it comes time for my new truck purchase in the next few months you can bank on Keffer not getting that sell. # remember good customers # be fair. Willie has alw i have purchased two Jeeps from Keffer! There was no game playing, going back and forth. No time wasted. The easiest buying experience. Willie has always been my Salesman. He worked hard both times to find me exactly what I wanted. Willie is the best! Service department is friendly from the time I drive in, any questions during the service and all the way to picking up my keys. The most friendly dealership overall! More
Keffer Service Recently just bought a Dodge Ram 3500 through a sales rep Leo who was great, But once we had to get our tuck serviced the service adviser ( Kathy Cuth Recently just bought a Dodge Ram 3500 through a sales rep Leo who was great, But once we had to get our tuck serviced the service adviser ( Kathy Cuthberson ) did a Terrible and once you talk to here she make you feel horrible. She kept telling to take things off my truck that had nothing to do with my issue, and told me to pay for a diagnostic that did not even fix the issue. While i was talking to her she called someone and started saying "Some Russian is here again" Which is making keffer dodge look like they discriminate on there clients based on there nationality and race If only the service was a good as the sales reps. Will not be buying any cars here ever again. More
They can sell, but they can't service anything!!! The sales department is spectacular. They will do everything to close the deal and make you as comfortable as they can. With that being said, as soon The sales department is spectacular. They will do everything to close the deal and make you as comfortable as they can. With that being said, as soon as you need any service done, you might as well forget it. The service team lies, does not complete anything on time, and really does not complete anything at all. They make you wait a week and say they did something and when you get there, you see that nothing got done. Everything was either forgotten or not ordered. My ball joints, for example, were supposed to be replaced and I went to them and first I had to fight them to even replace them (and truck only had 6k miles on it), then they finally agreed that they needed to be replaced, and when I picked up the truck, NOTHING was done and they said the warranty would only replace them once (this would be the second time because they were faulty from the start). Every service worker has a terrible attitude and acts like you are a moron making up fake stories. Bottom line, every time I went there, I was so upset, and told myself that I would never buy or service a Dodge or RAM from them ever again!!! Actually, I might just to trade it in for a Ford :) More

He always gave me the best service and business. Keeping in touch with me and my family. And now he just put me in a 2014 Dodge Challenger. Keffer thanks for your service and Willie thanks for always giving us the same business GREAT! More
In hindsight - what a mistake A year ago I purchased an 07 Grand Cherokee for my son. It was a one-owner local trade, which underwent a "thorough inspection" at Keffer Jeep. Admitt A year ago I purchased an 07 Grand Cherokee for my son. It was a one-owner local trade, which underwent a "thorough inspection" at Keffer Jeep. Admittedly, it was high mileage with nearly 100k on the odometer. In less than 12 months, we've had it towed back to the dealership 3 times for : water pump, leaking rear differential, belt replacement, battery died, alternator melted and we had the 90k service performed. Now, this is my first Jeep so I don't know whether this was to be expected. The dealership tells me "what more do you want with a high mileage car?" Well, I've had other high mileage cars that didn't have half the problems as this Jeep. My take on this dealership is that they're focused on the sale and not the customer. I've been shuttled around between management, never getting an acknowledgement beyond "what do you expect?"You may feel differently, but this is my first and last experience with this dealership and Jeep. I recently brought my Jeep in for normal maintenance, (oil change & tire rotation) and could not have been more impressed with the service that I received. Unfortunately during the tire rotation they str (oil change & tire rotation) and could not have been more impressed with the service that I received. Unfortunately during the tire rotation they stripped off a wheel stud which would have to be replaced. Lucas, a service technician, tracked me down as I was out wandering the lot while I waited. He explained to me exactly what happened and that they would have to send someone out to get the part to replace it. He explained how long the process would take and apologized for the inconvenience. Hec checked back with me a few times during the procedure to keep me updated on the progress. Lucas ended up giving me the tire rotation for free for making me wait the extra time (the oil change was already free due to my lease deal), and he also comped my next tire rotation. He again apologized for the delay and was great at answering any questions I had. This is the type of customer service that seems to be more and more rare these days. Fortunately for me the people at Keffer still realize the customers come first. More
