Upon getting back to work all tires were running at 27# of pressure. If you have to deal with this company, don’t allow insurance to pay up front. Go somewhere else. More

Although I never see the men working on car I absolutely appreciate you and your expertise! Everyone in the service and parts department are very welcoming. The sales department needs to take notes. I sat in that area and counted 6 salesmen and saleswomen looked at me and didn't part their mouth except for Will Hailey James Mitchell The General.. Johnny and Patrick. THANK YOU! I recently bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU from Keffer and after a few months had scheduled a bunch of work to be done on it (lift, tires, rims). When I went to pick up my Jeep I noted damage to one of th and after a few months had scheduled a bunch of work to be done on it (lift, tires, rims). When I went to pick up my Jeep I noted damage to one of the rims which the dealer said they would be fixing... two weeks went by and I hadn't heard from the dealer so I called and they said it was already finished. I swung by to pick up my damaged rim only to find the damage was still visible and additional damage had been caused. I told the service rep that there was still damage and I was told "I cant really see it but maybe its because I'm colorblind" so I left the dealership and submitted a complaint with BBB to request a refund to replace the damaged rim. The Keffer representative that answered was more confrontational than helpful and refused to resolve the issue through the BBB. Now I'm left with a damaged rim and a poor customer service experience. Sold me a defective new 2019 Laramie. The steering screams everytime i make a right turn and is getting louder. Told me they can't fix it. Left it there at the dealership for days!!!!!!! I'm going to let every social media network know about your vile, shady service. First and foremost, I came in because my cylinders were misfiring. I have fixed cars all my life with my dad and this was a test for you and you failed miserably. After 4 hours of sitting in your waiting area, I was informed that my car needed $6,100 worth of service. I was informed that my head gasket and oil pan gasket were leaking bad, yet there is not even a drop of oil on my driveway, Gotcha!!!! Next, i was informed that my control arms bars needed replacing up front. Gotcha again idiots!! They were placed in 2018. Upon paying $2,702.37, I arrived home only to start the car the next day and when I turned,my steering made a noise. I was informed by Robert Bruce that my rack and opinion was "leaking" and needed to be replaced. After paying $1,530.96, I picked up the car and drove home. When I started the car to get milk for the kids, I turned left and heard the same noise. Of course the idiots in your shop stated that then rack and pinion were leaking. NO LEAKS ON MY DRIVEWAY MORONS!!! You basically xxxx people of their money and I will continue to do many reviews of your horrible service on every platform imaginable, Seriously, how do you people live with yourselves?!! More

I went and picked it up and less than two hours later i replicated the failure and video recorded it and sent it to them via email. Even after that they claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle . I am blown away that even with evidence they claim its not happening. More

Spent $1300 - being verbally assured this would fix the problem but of course it happened again in less than two weeks. Paid again for a tow. Then i'm told by Stan it's another $800 because now the 'sensor' is now bad. I believe that was probably the initial problem all along as we'd been told it was computer related before (and we told Keffer this). Beware they have a disclaimer about working on cars that are older which was NOT given to me or I wouldn't have put $1300 into non guaranteed irepair work.. BTW they constantly want you to review after your visit - and they didn't follow up at all after this visit I'm sure knowing I was unhappy. I'd leave a good review for good service but I have 1300 reasons to leave this one. More

Dropped my Jeep off any scheduled appointment time and received a call about an hour later stating that my axle seals and fluids needed to be replaced (not one mention of airbag recall). I said go ahead on the repair since it was at the dealer even though it probably would have been half the price elsewhere. Called at 5pm to see if Jeep was ready and they said it was but the airbag recall would have to be rescheduled a week out because they didn’t have part! They could have ordered the part or told me they didn’t have it when I made the appointment, when I dropped it off and when they called to jam me on the repairs to the axles. They didn’t. Very poor communication and when I asked for the manager he blamed Fiat Chrysler. Not the fact that they can’t communicate. Awful service experience and it seems they really don’t care! More

The lack of efficiency and professionalism is astonishing and every time that I've had to go in or call nobody has any idea what they're doing. I've asked them four times about my warranty and absolutely nobody there is able to help me. They either say they will call me back or they transfer me to another department that is unable to help. I stopped by the dealership a few days ago to get my oil changed and get an inspection done. I waited TWO HOURS (with zero updates & nobody around to ask about the status) to receive my vehicle back and find that they forgot to do the inspection and they didn't top off my fluids or fill my tires (which my vehicle alerted me of two days later). If your heart is set on a Jeep or something else that this dealership offers, go to another!! More

At the end of the day, my Jeep had not been touched and I was never told otherwise until I finally contacted them. They had my vehicle the entire day and all they wanted me to do is reschedule. I will not be back. I was inconvenienced, lost money, lost time, and I still have to get my recall completed . I'm I missing something? More
