I HATE to leave negative reviews about any business but I have been beyond disappointed with my experience at Keffer. The sale process went very smooth but it has been a nightmare ever since. They installed have been beyond disappointed with my experience at Keffer. The sale process went very smooth but it has been a nightmare ever since. They installed a lift for me upon purchase and since then it has just been awful. I’ve had the vehicle there two times to fix the same problem that still isn’t fixed. Since picking it up the last time I have called FOUR times. I get the same answer every time, “I’ll put it in the system and someone will give you a call.” I have yet to receive a call back. I’ve even reached out to Jeep wave to try to resolve the problem to no success. I feel extremely shafted on the whole situation. Bought a brand new Jeep that hasn’t been right since purchase over six months ago. I would return it if possible. More
