I have purchased 4 vehicles from this Keffer dealership (1new/3used)in the past five years. Not only that, I use their service department to service all of my vehicles. Julius Tindell has been my sales pe (1new/3used)in the past five years. Not only that, I use their service department to service all of my vehicles. Julius Tindell has been my sales person for each sale. He was/is very wonderful and amazing! Most important, he was/is honest; no xx! I would recommend him and this dealership for all of your vehicle purchases...used or new! The entire staff (sales and service) made me feel very welcomed and apart of their Keffer Family. This is the only dealership I will use for my vehicle purchases!!!!! Location......Right On Independence....Right On Price! More

I came to Keffer because they had a used Jeep Wrangler I came to Keffer because they had a used Jeep Wrangler that I was interested in. I was greated promptly, and made to feel comfortable. The salesman I came to Keffer because they had a used Jeep Wrangler that I was interested in. I was greated promptly, and made to feel comfortable. The salesman was courteous, and helpful. The Sales Manager Frank Alverez was brought into the deal early, because it was not a typical transaction. He was great working with me to get me a deal I was comfortable with. Amy did a great job in the finance office. I have purchased many(over 30) cars, and this was one of the smoothest, and best car buying experiences that I have had. My only complaints are that this was listed as a Certified pre-owned vehicle, but I don't think any checks were done. The day after I brought it home, I had to replace a U-joint in the rear driveshaft, just to make the vehicle drivable. Also, the parking brake does not work, and the front brakes are completely worn out. Also, the vehicle was supposed to be detailed, but all that was done was the exterior was rinsed off. Overall, the purchase was good, but the vehicle preperation was not good at all. More
