I went into the dealership at the end of the month, and knew that the sales staff would be looking to make a deal. I traded in a 2008 Kia Rio for a 2011 Dodge Challenger- just a small upgrade. Matt Knight is a good salesman. He was very accommodating. I brought my kids to the dealership, and they had an area with a Nintendo Wii. That did keep them busy. After test driving, the dealership gave me top dollar for my trade-in. I agree with other reviews that Keffer does not talk interest rates. That bothered me a little, because I told finance that I would accept a smaller term for a lower interest rate. I did determine, however, that Keffer does work to get you the absolute lowest rate possible based on term and credit. I honestly believe they do this for the best interest of their customers (no pun intended). I met the service manager as well, and I was very happy with his attitude. My number one issue with dealers is service after the sale, and I have no doubt that service here will be excellent. More

1st visit-3hrs just to see the car I knew I wanted. Salesman kept leaving and coming back. I was not allowed to leave until I took a test drive. They put through the credit app even when I said we had no deal w/o the info. I signed that I would accept the car they could get in 2 days if the loan was good. For the next 2 weeks I kept getting a story that the dealer sold the car they were holding for me but they did get another one somewhere else. Still no info on the interest rate. 3rd visit-3 hrs. Could not get info on the loan until a few minutes before the car was ready.Even though I was not taking the car with me, and someone would be dropping at my place at 4pm, I had to wait until it was detailed. They knew I was coming but did nothing. Jason, my salesman said he would be there at 8:30 AM. I got there at 9 and he wasn't there. When the manager called him at home, he said he thought I was coming in the afternoon which was a lie since he wanted me to pick it up at 5 the night before. They put my cred app in that 3rd day for a second time because nobody bothered to look for my file. That was 2 credit checks which effects my credit score.The price I agreed to was for a different car and some of the extras were not in this one. I was to get credit for them but it never happened and I guess they just wore me down but it was more than $1000. When the car was delivered, he was to show me where everything was and all the features. He just handed me the keys and said goodbye. There were other problems but I'm getting upset again so I will stop now. This is my 6th Chrysler Motors car and if I stay here in Charlotte, it will be my last. The dealership is poorly run. All they are interested in is the team spirit and rah rah. More
Since I arrived in Charlotte back in the early 1990's I have shopped for my cars at Keffer. Everytime I go there they are very gentle, courteous and attentive to my vehicle needs. Whether it is to buy a car or to get maintenance on my vehicle. This time my teenage son was shopping for his first vehicle. He is 14 1/2 so I am actual purchaser, however, they treated him with dignity and assisted him in finding the right one for his first car. We test drove several but Juluis quietly explained to me that he knew which vehicle would be chosen. He was right. Michael chose the 2008 Dodge Avenger and I chose the other one he had chosen a 2011 Dodge Caliber. Both great cars with good gas mileage. We were both treated with respect and care. We are both fully satisfied and completely happy. I highly recommend Keffer to anyone in need of a car. If they don't have it they will get it for you. I personnally will only shop at Keffer. More
I was pleasantly surprised when I ventured into the dealership on a whim to analyze my options to upgrade my 2008 Jeep. However, I was immediately introduced to Andy Bell who listened to my specifications, and we began on a journey of discovery to find that perfect Jeep. He not only assessed my terms, but factored in my character and current comfort level. He worked within my parameters and pinpointed the option that would work best for me and my lifestyle. Never was I pressured to purchase a vehicle or go outside the realm of reality. I absolutely am in love with my new Jeep! I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Andy Bell sold me my new 2011 Dodge charger. I have had many new cars from different dealers within the past 10 years and by far he was the Best Sales consultant that I have ever had the pleasure to deal w many new cars from different dealers within the past 10 years and by far he was the Best Sales consultant that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! Brandon went over and above my expectations of a "good" salesperson. Brandon came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle to me personally and to make sure I was satisfied. I was welcomed at Keffer when I first walked in the door by Joey and he immediately worked to gain a good understanding of exactly what I was looking for. Joey and Jason had a lot of knowledge about each vehicle I was interested in and helped direct me to the perfect car for me (Jeep Patriot). We took a test drive (great test drive, really showed off the car) and they found a couple of cars for me to choose from that fit my needs. I went to test drive a couple of other cars, but none compared, and when I went back to purchase the Jeep, Donnie was helping Joey and they took care to make sure I understood everything and that I was happy with my deal. We had a couple of issues with financing (I was purchasing out of state), but Paulette took a lot of time and effort to fix everything for me to get the best price possible. I really appreciated everyone's attention and friendliness at Keffer, and I would certainly recommend it to other buyers for both their customer service and their quality cars - I love my new Jeep! In January 2010 I was looking for a vehicle and looked online and saw that this dealership had used vehicles and all the information and prices to view. I test drove the car that I selected and he did his best along with the finance manager to find a bank to finance me it was a long day due to it being a bank Holiday and some banks were closed. None the less I wasn't able to get financing for the vehicle I really wanted other options were offered I declined. I continued to check the website and saw a 2008 Ford Fusion and called Mr. Tinsley and he checked into everything and financing was available and I left a happy customer not only because of the new vehicle but because of the service I was provided.
