The repair was completed that day and I picked up my truck before 4 PM. She contacted me by email to ask if there were any problems with the repair or service. When I bought the truck in July, everyone I talked with was friendly and helpful. The sales agent, Kaylee Vogtman, kept in touch with me during my search process, keeping me informed of current incentives. Other sales agents from other dealerships never contacted me after my initial visit. Kaylee was the reason I returned to Keene to buy the vehicle. More

The work was completed but with problems I took the car in because it had a coolant leak. The leak was found and repaired. The residue of coolant was left on the engine so I had to deal with I took the car in because it had a coolant leak. The leak was found and repaired. The residue of coolant was left on the engine so I had to deal with the smell of hot coolant until it was evaporated by the engine heat. While working on that the mechanic found a leak in the oil pan gasket. The gasket was repaired but the oil pan drain plug was not tightened so it leaked oil in my carport. When I looked under the car to find the source of the oil I found and tightened the loose drain plug. I looked around the oil pan to check for more leaks and found another loose bolt. This bolt was removed because it attaches to a bracket that is held on with the oil pan bolts. The bolt that was loose was only threaded in a few threads and it held the lower portion of the air conditioning compressor to the bracket. I tightened that bolt as well. The air conditioning on the car had also stopped working. I was told by the dealership that the air conditioning system may not be covered by the extended warranty and that the diagnostic for it would cost $175. If a covered problem was found then the charge would be covered with the warranty otherwise I would have to pay the $175. Any problem with the air conditioning system should be covered under the warranty, so I am not sure how I would need to pay the diagnostic fee. I had to defer the diagnostic of the air conditioning until I have the money. I did hook up the gauge I have to recharge the air conditioning coolant and it reports that the system is overcharged. This means that the dealership did look at the system some, and may have overcharged it. I realize that the cheap little gauge I have is not a professional tool, but it does raise questions. More

Can't even do a simple oil change correctly. I bought my 2016 Ram brand new from Keene Dodge with my third oil change to them they forgot to screw the oil canister back down on top of the engine. I bought my 2016 Ram brand new from Keene Dodge with my third oil change to them they forgot to screw the oil canister back down on top of the engine..... needless to say I ended up on the side of the road with half the oil in my motor block now on top of my motor .....b all over my engine firewall undrnrath my truck from front to back..... They had to tow it back and they made things right but now I had a brand new truck with about 3 thousand miles on that that would never be the same again oil stains all over it that you just can't get out no matter how much you try to clean it in the engine compartment. About a year later a 2012 Jeep Wrangler that I took in for service (that I also brought from Keene) they forgot to put the engine cover back on top of the engine ......I heard something rattling and I opened the hood and I found it off to the side almost being shredded by the fan blade on front of the engine. Needless to say this is my last and final visit. I even had about 4 oil changes for free that they owed me . .......never going back. More

We have bought 6 or 7 vehicles from Keene Dodge, mainly due to the outstanding relationship and trust we have with the Service Department at Keene, un We have bought 6 or 7 vehicles from Keene Dodge, mainly due to the outstanding relationship and trust we have with the Service Department at Keene, under the leadership of manger Tony Bisesi. Repairs are fully explained and fairly-priced. Anyone complaining here about repairs not being done right the first time--occasionally that happens (with any dealership or shop), but Keene will do everything in their power to minimize the inconvenience, including loaner vehicles. We are more than pleased with the Service Department at Keene. More

I mentioned when I brought the vehicle in that it sounded like a shock or shock mount was going bad. After two visits and two repairs, the squeaking still exists. I confirmed myself that the shock / shock mount is bad. While Customer Service was accommodating, I'm not all impressed with the level of troubleshooting performed at Keene Service. More
