Excellent, Friendly, No Pressure Sales and Service After wrecking my car, I needed to get a vehicle, quickly that would not break the bank. We had spent, about 30 minutes on the phone, so Gert could find what type of vehicle I was looking for and helped me with what was readily available. I was able to see various pictures of the vehicle on-line, prior to going to Keddie Chevrolet. I met with Gert and we had discussed again, what type of vehicle and specifics about the vehicles we had discussed previously. I took a test drive in the vehicle that I had seen online and instantly knew this was the vehicle I would like to drive at the price I could afford, comfortably. I was asked questions about the financing and whether the payment would be acceptable, prior to signing anything. Everything was checked into, prior to committing to buy the vehicle. It was very private, comfortable and relaxing to talk with Gert about the details. We had finished the paperwork and Gert had made certain that insurance was taken care of, prior to me driving off the lot. I actually enjoyed the experience and did not feel pressured in any way to purchase that or any other vehicle. Very Enjoyable experience. cat converter needed replaced under warranty. went to pick up car and they charged me 125.00 because they decided without my permission or knowledge to change the distributor cap and coil wire. horrible pick up car and they charged me 125.00 because they decided without my permission or knowledge to change the distributor cap and coil wire. horrible experience, manager told me she will see me in court and was yelling at me. other employees told me to go back to where i bought the vehicle because i was not welcome there. they had no right to replace anything in my car without my permission. simple as that.
