Do NOT any the extended warranty from Keating Smith in CONROE. This is the third car I have bought from Keating. Two were from Streater Smith Honda before they sold. As I am getting older, I am ashamed to CONROE. This is the third car I have bought from Keating. Two were from Streater Smith Honda before they sold. As I am getting older, I am ashamed to say that I bought the finance spiel that the extended warranty would give us bumper to bumper coverage! It does not!! You can not trust this dealership. My driver side window will not roll up In cold weather. I am now told it is not covered because it is a piece of plastic impeding the window raising not a mechanical issue. $388 quote. What is worse is my car began smoking after routine oil changes. 76,000 miles of a 100,000 mile warranty. The car has been with them for a week, and they are trying to prevent covering the engine damage even though we produced receipts of the maintenance. I am a teacher and I am out a car or thousands of dollars of repair! I will never do business with this dealership again. But whatever you choose, do not rely on their salesman pitch of extended warranty! They don’t cover anything! More

Baker Nissan ripped us off,damaged our windshield, lied countless times and ignored our phone calls from the original sales person up to the dealership manager and finance man. Baker Nissan is Scandalis and full of liars. The staff at Streater Smith exposed their lies and took every step in their power to ensure us a great deal on an excellent vehicle. Unethical Dealership I recently experienced a unethical practice with the dealership. I purchased a new car, after having a flat tire I learned the tire was plugged / pat I recently experienced a unethical practice with the dealership. I purchased a new car, after having a flat tire I learned the tire was plugged / patched, my tire was destroyed and the dealership would not replace the tire. The Sales Director was rude and unprofessional, he flat out accused me of lying when I told him I know nothing about the plugged tire. Think about it, if you were sold a car with tires that have been plugged/patched you will never know unless you have a flat, by that time the dealer will just deny they sold you a car with used tires and you have no way of proofing it. Sounds like a snake oil sales trick, yeah you better believe it! More
