Went to this dealership because I received a new car offer from Capital One, the initial process went fairly well, the issue was with the delivery of the vehicle, 3 days after the purchase I get the cal offer from Capital One, the initial process went fairly well, the issue was with the delivery of the vehicle, 3 days after the purchase I get the call to come pick up the new to me car. I printed out the "inspection report" I reviewed it carefully, I discovered multiple issues in contrary of the report. When I presented this information I was told sorry that isn't my department.... Wrong answer.... I am spending over 45k with you, you better find the answers. So they keep the car for 2 more days to remedy the issues. I finally get to test drive it only to find more issues, at this point it was 7pm, I notified the sales representative of the issue. Was told he would get it addressed, 4 days later I have to go back with the vehicle to the service department and complain to them about the vehicle. Marc was the representative who took in my vehicle, 2 hours later he had confirmed my concerns about the vehicle and had them taken care of. THANK YOU MARC! I do not recommend purchasing anything from this dealership no one cares about you once they have collected your money..... I regret buying here..... More
