Ian Greg Fallon, Ian Reid: Were professional with Friendly positive attitudes with concern and compensate of my auto needs which explained very well (to my thoughts) of the car, but could had more k Friendly positive attitudes with concern and compensate of my auto needs which explained very well (to my thoughts) of the car, but could had more knowledge of the car ; for there was symbols on the dashboard that said the tire pressure were too low, the symbol was orange, and green, I looked the symbols were not serious, but it scared me for now I’m in debt of $18,000.00,(the orange is low tire pressure [needed more air] the [green is starting case it’s in perfect condition] have patient in viewing the contract with me, positive, compassionate of my finances. However, when I picked up the car I noticed a scratch on the bumper of three inches long downward and sideways that wasn’t there prior to purchasing the Jetta Volkswagen. Also once I got the car home I was back out the brakes squeals and I came to a sudden stop and I heard the brakes crunch I don’t really understand what the brakes would crunch. I went to Volkswagen yesterday (26th of April) found much more information on the Jetta. I’m very happy with this car in how the employees represented themselves. Yes,I would recommend Mesa Kearny Toyota to others… Once I came in again through request of Ian for the loan agent told him that the price was too high and had to bring down the price.of two hundred dollars. This is when I showed Ian the scrawled that were fresh, I also told him about the brakes, Ian said to make an appointment to get the brakes checked out along with putting fresh paint on the bumper to cover the scratches on the back bumper. I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta 2012 it was close to $8000 but with the loan it was $10,000 more so the car come out to be $18,000 for 2012 and a Lotta paint missing off of the car and I think there was a spo but with the loan it was $10,000 more so the car come out to be $18,000 for 2012 and a Lotta paint missing off of the car and I think there was a spot sprays on the car because they were not there until yesterday. I purchased a car about a week ago. Today is April 26, 2023. The people were very nice, when I back up the brakes squeal and I was towed make an appointment for the brakes and I’ll touch up the paint job in the back. I hope they keep their word. They said they would not give me a warranty. My auto insurance said to make sure I get a warranty make sure it’s not over hundred thousand miles. I got 131,000 miles, so it’s running really great. There’s an orange light on dashboard freaked me out. I looked it up. The orange light says the tires have low pressure that was on there before I took it off the lot I thought it was a compass cause I’m there whenever I was driving it for a test drive , so always make sure you know what you’re doing before you leave off the lot sincerely Barbara Swanson I enjoyed my time there.
