The first guy was un-knowledgeable (Jim?) This is typical of a dealer that does always has to hire new people because it does not treat experienced people well. The second guy (Alonzo?) was not resp typical of a dealer that does always has to hire new people because it does not treat experienced people well. The second guy (Alonzo?) was not responsive. The third person (Kimberly) was at first good, then non-responsive. Extremely unimpressive dealer (I bought elsewhere). More
