I feel like in the past years buying a car has become extremely stressful. In 2021 after my husband's new car was totaled coming off base we attempted to buy the exact same car only to deal with dealersh extremely stressful. We decided to hold off as long as we could this month after my hub came home from deployment we decided it was time to find him a car and prepared for all the stress that would come with it we check out a few different dealers and a few different vehicles. We decided to just drop by Subaru of Kearny mesa and check out the Crosstrek we were prepared for the usual pushy sales people but were pleasantly surprised not only was Dan Mitchell not pushy he was patient and understanding he let us know the OTD numbers on both vehicles we looked at (NO MARK-UPS) gave us a print out and his card and let us know he would love to help us if he could. We left that day and contacted a few other Subaru dealers to ensure we were getting the best price. After a few days of drawn out phone calls and emails with other sales people we went back to Kearny Mesa Subaru because we knew not only were we receiving great customer service we were getting the best price. We sat down with Michael kigin and he was great he ensured that we were getting the most for our money the process was quick and easy and we were in and out of the dealership before our toddler had met his sit down limit. I would like to thank Dan and Michael for helping our little family with our Crosstrek purchase not only are we happy with our amazing safe vehicle but we have no doubt that going to Kearny Mesa Subaru saved us from having a stress filled month thank y'all so much.
