My first experience last week was not the best but they redeemed themself by having a wonderful salesman named Josh Rios. He was NOT pushy, NOR was he just standing around doing nothing. I have been taking my vehicles to this dealership since 2004. I have worked with many service writers. Thankfully they have all listened to my concerns, and always fix the issues whether it's my Lincoln MK 2004. I have worked with many service writers. When I have not been able to pick them up before getting off work there is convenience of pain for the invoice over the phone and they will deliver it to my home. I am currently working with Ramon Baltzer, and he helped me find a part for my MKX that had been out of stock for over 6 months. Ford was no longer making them or on extended back order.
