I appreciate the attention to detail, starting with Rob's welcoming, of course, Megan's help and the work of the technician, and his recommendations. Johnny Gutierrez is an amazing service advisor. He was able to fix everything that Chula Vista Kia didn’t do on my EV6 that was supposedly a certified pre-owned vehicle which I purchased from them. He was able to align the door and perform the service that should have been done prior to being sold as a CPO vehicle. Highly recommend Kearny Mesa Kia specially when they fixed the issues from another dealership. Again excellent service. More
It took 5 full working days to install an ordinary battery. I made an appointment for 9:am Monday and car was finished Friday at 4:30pm. The service department did NOT contact me even once to tell me battery. I made an appointment for 9:am Monday and car was finished Friday at 4:30pm. The service department did NOT contact me even once to tell me anything until I went there in person on Thursday at noon to find out what was happening. Truly terrible service. And they charged $200 to “Diagnose” the dead battery and $400 for the battery. The service technicians and service representatives are obviously overwhelmed by the volume of customers. The dealership is extremely happy with their profits, at the expense of their customers. I will drive to Carlsbad from now on for service and to purchase a new car. They know how to provide excellent service. More
