Offered most every type of snack you could want., they also offered bottle of water. With those types of enhancements we hile waiting for your car was not stressful...my service coordinator made me feel comfortable about the type of service I needed. He also was very accommodating with things that were later discovered while my car was in the service area. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle . The person who performed the work also was very knowledgeable . I felt comfortable knowing my car was in good hands making me feel stress free.. I did get a little annoyed with the people who kept trying to get me to sell my car to them. This was my second time getting my car serviced. Those people were also annoying the first time I brought my car in..I had to tell them to go away ..leave me alone. More
Arrived on time for my oil change appt. Ignored by the “ service valet” for 15 min. Cars with no driver randomly parked in drive thru service lanes like a Costco gas line. Service advis Ignored by the “ service valet” for 15 min. Cars with no driver randomly parked in drive thru service lanes like a Costco gas line. Service advisor refused to accept the FB ad price offer that I received that same morning. It took 2 1/2 hours for a routine oil filter change and tire rotation WITH an appt. Overall; Not impressed. Buyer beware of the finance office - Textbook bait and switch. I purchased a 2027 Kia Telluride Hybrid here in June 2026. My salesperson was Thomas and the finance manager was Manuel A Lopez who goes by switch. I purchased a 2027 Kia Telluride Hybrid here in June 2026. My salesperson was Thomas and the finance manager was Manuel A Lopez who goes by Manny. In the finance office, Manny quoted me a Kia Distinction Platinum service contract at $1,158 with a $0 deductible, and I agreed to that specific product. When I reviewed my signed paperwork at home, the contract showed a completely different product — a JM&A service contract at $3,995. That's not the coverage I agreed to, and it's nearly 3.5 times the price I was quoted. A different product, a different administrator, and thousands more dollars. On top of that, Manny AND Thomas agreed to take $1,000 off the SWDS SWAT 5 add-on, dropping it from $1,495 to $495. My wife and I finally agreed to the deal when we saw the paperwork actually show only $495 for this add-on. The final contract charged the full $1,495. The discount was never applied. That's roughly $3,800 in charges I never agreed to. This is the definition of bait and switch: quote one product and price to close the deal, then put something more expensive in the paperwork. I've now reached out TWICE in writing asking the dealership to acknowledge and correct these issues. Both times: complete silence. No response, no callback, nothing. If you buy here, read every single line of your contract and compare it against exactly what Manny or your finance manager quoted you verbally. Get every promise in writing before you sign. Do not trust the numbers to match on their own. More
