I had a vehicle pick up for a oil change at 930, driver was super nice and friendly. My biggest disappointment was the time it took for a oil change, and being told after 4pm they are unable to drop my car was super nice and friendly. It was picked up at my job and I was offered a lyft ride there, but I shouldn't have had to get a ride or wait till the end of my shift to get my car. Lack of communication was the worse customer service. I should have been informed if a ride was being was needed. That information needed to be informed when they pick up the car for service in the beginning while being scheduled for it. More

Great customer service I appreciated the Lyft ride over to UTC mall. Everyone was professional and polite. I did receive a follow up text saying that I didn’t show up for my appointment. I live closer to the El Cajon Kia, but sad to say they don’t honor my Ford Kia maintenance contract. More
