"Worst Customer Service Ever" I went in person to place a factory order on a 2020 Mustang GT. About a $51,000 sale. No haggling, just a straight factory Order for this vehicle. Order was not placed due to "Employee Out Sick". Sales manager Dennis assured me he would place the order and a build sheet would be provided. 2 weeks after this assurance I e-mailed Dennis for an update as he places these orders. No response. I left a voice message to his direct line, again no response. I left a message via their Chat line, again providing both my cell # and e-mail. No response. I wasted 1 month thinking this order had been placed. I have yet to hear back from Dennis. I will not pursue them further as they have made it clear they do not care for my business. I went to a different dealer over the weekend, they immediately took a deposit and will place the order this week. They stated that Kearny Ford had never placed the order if they did not require a deposit. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful to not return e-mails/phone calls. I cannot in good faith recommend this business. More

We originally went to the dealership to ground our Fusion and ended up looking at the fancy trucks out front at which time Steve introduced himself and the sales process began. He assured us that we didn't have to make any decisions that day, but if there was a vehicle we couldn't live without, they would be more than willing to work with us. After working with Steve we felt like we had gained a friend and not just a sales rep. He has reached out on multiple occasions to see how things were going and when we encountered an issue she addressed it right away. Buying a vehicle always sucks because it takes forever and you end up with another payment, but Steve made the process bearable. Thank you More

We’ve had to bring in both vehicles for minor issues, recalls and regular maintenance check ups over the years 3+ years but thankfully, our service advisor Tony Davis takes stellar care of us. He truly goes the extra mile and turns the “dread” of going to the dealer, into a pleasurable experience, which is unusual to say when taking a vehicle in for service. The Kearny Pearson Ford service department does a top notch job and we’re lucky to have Tony as our advisor. More

Not What I Expected on This Visit I've been a client of KPF for almost two decades and three cars. I bought a 2014 Fusion this past February, and this visit was my first service on th I've been a client of KPF for almost two decades and three cars. I bought a 2014 Fusion this past February, and this visit was my first service on the car, and the first is free. The oil change took four hours. That's ok as I trust my Service Advisor, Maxx, who has been my SA for approximately eight years. He is the best, and when I was checking out, I could tell he was hesitant to give me the bad news. Due to a timing cap leak that was needed, my cost would be almost $1,200. The labor on this would be over $1,000. My 90-day warranty expired almost two months ago. I spoke with one of the Sales Managers afterward, and he said they are going to honor the warranty. 90 days has passed and I would have to pay if I wanted them to do the repairs. I'm disappointed that loyalty doesn't come into play in business in general anymore, I guess. I felt compelled to still rate a Five Stars, as I have recommended the dealership to others. I have escalated the matter further and expecting a call back soon. I may not return depending on the outcome. I've had no complaints over the 16-year period other than this past visit. You'll have to be the judge, I guess. More

Okay Sevice I clicked "no" to some because they didnt apply as it was my first oil change for my new 2018 Ford F-150 and it was free. I was annoyed that when you first go in one person checks you in but then you have to wait extra time for your "assigned" service representative - not great when you are in a hurry. I got the call from the assigned service representative asking for the wrong person. So he somehow mixed my information with another customer. He later called and had fixed the issues. When i went to pick up the truck i asked the guy - "how much is the oil change normally?" He said "120 normally but right now its $90, its a great deal." I then asked "what do you get for $120?" He said "oil change, top off fluids, rotate tires and change the sticker" I was like, nothing different than other places for much cheaper. I go to my car and it was washed!!!!! For $120 i would expect to at least get a clean washed car. Don't waste your money there, go somewhere else that will do the same thing for way less. More
